I went in the store a few days ago because I was having a problem with my connection. Koorosh helped me out with a new e-SIM and also helped to lower my monthly plan, which was great. I left the store feeling grateful for the great customer service and appreciative for his help. However, I continued having trouble with my connection, so I went back in to the store first thing this morning to ask Koorosh for further guidance with the issue, but I was helped by someone else b/c Koorosh was busy with a client. Let's just say my experience was nothing like it was a few days before. I explained my situation to the representative (Michael, I believe - wears a beanie), and when I asked him if he could help me out, he replied, "What do you want help with?" Dumbfounded, I re-explained that my phone continued to have issues, and without even looking at my phone, he concluded that there was likely something wrong with my phone antenna, that he would've done the same thing that Koorosh had done previously, and that there was nothing he could really do and that I would probably need to get a different phone. While I thought the SOS/no connection problem was an AT&T issue, I can deal with the fact that my phone's antenna may be the issue (which is not AT&T's problem); but what I did not appreciate was this rep's flippant attitude, getting a kick out of me accidentally dropping my phone while retrieving my SIM card, and when I even told him outright that I felt as if he was clowning me, he replied, "I can see that." He was the first to greet me as I approached the tent outside. I explained to him the concerns I had and he assured me that he would be able to help me with my situation. I had many questions and he had all the answers. Joji made me feel very comfortable and gave me the best insight about changing my plan. He helped me understand every detail and difference of each plan. Joji was very knowledgeable and passionate about the information he explained. He took the time to explain why each plan was better or different from the next. By his informal breakdown I was able to have understanding on what I could avail through my new plan.
