Hi! I have tried calling your location today 10 times to speak with the owner and manager with no luck of anyone answering the phone. So I am resorting to leaving you a message about what happened yesterday.
I walked in to the store at 7:29pm to order my poke bowl. Upon walking in, there was a girl working there who told me that they were closed. I asked what time they closed at and she said 730. I asked her to tell me what time is currently was and she said 7:31 PM. I noticed that all the food was still out and they still had yet to clean up and close the restaurant so I asked her if she would accommodate me and allow me to order a bowl she replied with, "no, I have a life and things to do". I was completely flabbergasted by her lack of Customer Service . I asked her , "if her manager was available for me to speak with". she said, "no., but we are closed so leave now".
I was debating whether or not to say anything - but kids these days not taught manners or customer service. And if I don’t tell her what she did was not okay then who will? So I proceeded to let her know that I had worked in customer service for years and that her response was absolutely unacceptable and not the way you treat a customer. Her response was, "this is how you're talking to a 17-year-old"? I asked her what her name was and she said it was Mac. I told her that I would try to call her manager so that her manager could help coach her with working with the public and customer service because what she showed me was absolutely awful and disrespectful. There was a guy working with her and I looked at him and apologized for him having to work with her.
I am so disappointed by how she treated me, it was appalling. Also, if you were closed the door should have been locked. I hope you train and teach this teenager how to work with the public because because I refuse to give money to a restaurant where I will be getting treated poorly. This type of service will make your business loose customers. Good luck...
Read moreTHIS. POKE. PLACE. IS. IT!!!!! One of the best part about this place is the freshness of all of ingredients that they use! You know how when you go to a high end sushi and sashimi restaurants and you take a bite of fish and you go “holy s**t this is fresh out of water.” Yeah. This is what you will taste. All ingredients are very fresh!!!
They don’t play with quantity of food too. I eat big portion. Large size will fill you up BIG TIME.
And one final thing that really impressed me. I’m Korean and can’t live without gochujang sauce. Poke place sauce that most place serve what they call “gochujang sauce” is actually called “chojang.” Regardless, my wife and I were very impressed by their “gochujang sauce” and said “wow this actually taste like a Korean restaurant sauce or maybe even better.”
There is a park called Point Vincente. This poke place is perfect to take a poke bowl to go and drive just a minute from the mall to eat some fresh and tasty poke bowl in a beautiful chill park...
Read moreWe used to eat here twice a week. Like all businesses the prices have increased but that didn't bother us. Now, unfortunately the quality has fallen off a cliff. They literally weigh the rice and the poke. The same medium bowl we used to get is half the portions. Worse yet, the quality of fish has also declined. The last 3 times we went out salmon was brownish and the flavor was really bad. My previous review was a perfect 5, we loved this restaurant. It was our family staple. But the last three times we were burned. We will never go again even though we can walk there from our home. Very sad. 😥😥😥😥😥😥
If you are the owner, quality matters a lot...
