Subway — Restaurant in Rancho Palos Verdes

everytime i come to this subway i am always stuck with the same rude and nasty woman making my sandwich. I have never met someone with such a bad attitude in my life. everytime i get a sandwich from here i am very disapointed with how badly it was made. Considering how nice the area is it was a pretty average subway. It would have gotten 4 stars but when I was having my sandwich made, I asked for spinach and saw the guy grabbed a handful that didn't look very good so I told him I didn't want the spinach anymore because it didn't look very good. And instead of looking at it and throwing it away he just took it off my sandwich and put it back into the spinach bin. Other than that my sandwich was good and customer service was pretty good. They have great food here and most of the employees are nice. I like coming here during the morning. I came on Friday to get my usual footlong, Teresa greeted me with a big smile and a warm hello. Except for one of the employees, I think her name tag said Lupe, she’s terrible. I loathe coming here when she’s working. She has such bad attitude and always makes me feel like I’m asking her for something when she’s the one working for the customer. She needs some training on customer service.
