Twice now I have been through the drive-through and they have made a mistake in my order. The mistake was so fundamental that I can hardly be explained by simple human error. For example I ordered extra cream in my coffee, I got no cream at all. I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese, I got no cream cheese at all. Quality control is awful. Management really needs to step up at this location. Getting drive-through orders correct is always important. But for a location that is right next to the highway, where people are going to be miles down the road before they figure out their order is wrong? Getting the order right every time...
Read moreI had an interaction yesterday with a young man at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I walked in, went up to the counter this kid came from behind the back. He looked at me and gave me a “chin nod” As if to say what do you want? I ordered a blueberry muffin, he pointed for me to put my card in the machine to pay.
