Marylou's Coffee — Restaurant in Randolph

I had two incidents where they messed up my order and when I reordered gave me a hard bagel like a hockey puck and another time a man dressed as a woman was handling food with no gloves on and touches his face and greasy hair no lie and I’m gonna call Board of Health on them, I mentioned it to girl she said she can’t give back my money and I was being disrespectful, by describing my experience and what I seen. I’m not wrong I’m right no one should be handling food with dirty hands greasy hair no gloves !!!...

As a loyal customer of Mary Lou's this visit was the worst experience ever! I buy two iced coffee' s a day at another location. Literally EVERYDAY! I spend at least $70 per week. When I ordered here my second coffee wasn't filled to the top so I asked if she could add more and she said she could not fill it up because I didn't want ice. I often order my coffee with no ice for later consumption so this came as a surprise as it never seemed to be an issue at any other location I've been to before....

I’ve been here twice and both tons. I had to have my coffee made twice after the second time I walked away angry and ripped off. Service is terrible. Coffee is overpriced. This place can’t go out of business fast enough. In my opinion I want on Main Street is much better and pretty much every other location I’ve been to. I can almost tolerate the high prices because the specialty iced coffee is good but this one I is too close to stealing my money for me to...
