I have never had such terrible food and service from any Arby's restaurant as I did at this location.
The picture is the hot ham & cheese. The ham was dry, and the cheese was awful. It was melted so badly into the bun you could barely see it.
My husband had roast beef & cheddar sandwich. His sandwich was the same way. Dry and barely any visible cheese except what was soaked into the bun. It gave the feel that there were either premade or warmed up way too long. Disgusting. Didn't eat the sandwiches, just the fries. The crinkle cut fries were extremely salty!
The employer bagging the food and taking care of the counter was very rude and not polite whatsoever. He acted like we were an inconvenience.
I asked for ketchup packets because the ketchup at condiment pumps was empty. I got a look and some packets and a grunt when I said "Thank you very much"
We've never been so disappointed with any Arby's location, employees, or the food as we were at this location.

He dropped some of my change into the driveway when handing it off, without comment or apology.

I ordered a sandwich on toasted white bread, but recieved it on untoasted wheat, which causes me digest issues.
I phoned the stores number several times that was on the receipt to speak to someone about these issues, but it kept going to the fax machine's shrill, squeaking noise. So, my phone calls were unanswered.
It was an unpleasant and...
Read moreI am leaving the one star not for the food, but for the experience we had tonight. My boyfriend and I never eat Arby’s, but we decided to go out on a limb tonight. I got the French dip combo, and him a chicken sandwich combo. When we got home, we discovered the dip for my sandwich was not in the bag. My boyfriend drove back across town to go pick it up, through the drive thru. He was handed a bag with some sort of pastry in it. We had ONE thing we needed, my DIP. And we got a pastry. He went back through again and was made to pay the 50 cent upcharge again. Not much to pay but as someone who also works in customer service this is unacceptable customer service if I’ve ever seen it. We live about 25 minutes away and spent nearly an hour trying to fix this...
