Working with Flowers by Leroy was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning process. Flowers were really important to me, and from our very first meeting, Janelle took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She walked me through every possible option, priced everything out clearly, and helped me refine and prioritize based on my budget. I can’t overstate how much I appreciated her willingness to go back and forth with me she truly cared about helping me get the flowers of my dreams while staying realistic financially.
I had a very specific color palette, and Janelle absolutely nailed it. Each of my bridesmaids wore a different color from the palette, and she matched their individual bouquets to their dresses perfectly with coordinated ribbons and one specific flower type per bridesmaid. My bouquet included all of those flowers, which I thought was such a fun and beautiful touch. It brought everything together in the most stunning way.
Janelle was also great at communicating leading up to the wedding. I got to preview my bouquet in advance, and she coordinated delivery timing based on our schedule, our photographer, and even the heat that day to make sure everything stayed fresh and picture-perfect. The attention to detail was amazing.
Everything from the aisle flowers to the arbor piece to the boutonnieres was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Janelle not only brought my vision to life but elevated it beyond what I thought was possible.

Read moreDisappointed again. This is the 2nd time within 4 months I have had an issue. Sadly, Flowers By Leroy’s flower arrangements have become subpar compared to their competitors in town. In January, my husband ordered me specific birthday flowers and I was extremely disappointed to the point of needing to message the owner, Paula. She was out of town but after reviewing pictures and the intake order form, determined there was indeed a mistake from the designer and offered to replace the flowers, and from what I understood, replace the value in in-store credit. I was satisfied with this solution. My husband had me flowers delivered to my work today from Flower’s by Leroy and once again, I thought the arrangement was an embarrassment compared to the flowers my colleagues were also getting for Nurse’s Week. I asked him what he paid for the arrangement and was once again saddened. I called the store and asked them to apply the store credit I thought I had from my January refund, and was told there was no store credit. It was a “miscommunication” through text. I have spent over $30,000 here in the past few years ordering funeral arrangements for several family members. I am sad to say, after today, I will not be a returning customer. It was our 40th wedding anniversary and my husband and I were renewing our vows, the corsages were so tiny they looked ridiculous and the men's, well let's just say, you couldn't hardly see them on our guys. They used tiny tea roses. Nothing like what I asked for, I took before and after pictures of them. My daughter in law went to the store and bought some roses to fix them since our ceremony was the next day. It's to bad that this place is running on the previous owners ratings. If you really care about your flowers do NOT go here. In response to your response, no you did not ever offer to give a full refund and after paying over $200 for what I got I could not afford for you to add more flowers. And no these were NOT the same size flowers you showed me. I was also told by you that a bigger size would not look good. And the lady that handed me my flowers Saturday knew I was not happy so she just handed me the flowers said thank you and walked into the back, leaving me, and my 2 daughters standing there.
