Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rapid City

So the Dominos on East North St. in Rapid City, SD is a mixed bag of sorts. One delivery the pizza is great, the next not so much. Today I ordered a sandwich and a pasta bowl. These are probably prepackaged meals but I wanted something simple. Oh boy was I surprised! Let's start off with the sandwich. It was much smaller in size than they used to be for starters. My sandwich was cut in half, and it had very little meat and bacon bits in it but it was mostly bread. For the price it was way overpriced for what I actually got and things only get worse from here. The pasta bowl I opened up was about half full. It looked like someone ate their half then gave me the rest!! I took a picture of it fresh from opening it. I hadn't one bite yet. I was extremely disappointed with the food. The service is very good and timely, but when your a food based company and the food is somewhat blah most don't care about the service at that point. I think this Domino's does some things very well such as pizza's. Which makes sense since it is a pizza place, but this place should stay away from the other sides and focus on what they do great. With today's prices steadily going up, places need to be on top of their craft. This place is not quite there yet. I for one think I am going to stop ordering from this place after today. My money is much more valuable than below par food. We as consumers deserve much...

'Kendra' left the store at 11:43pm and TIM arrived at 12:21!! This is a first for me that the driver didn't match at time of delivery. When I order, I always start with a 30% tip and don't have a problem rewarding excellence. By the time our order arrived, I had dropped to less than 10%, but because it WAS Tim, a driver who in the past has provided such great service, I ended up giving him more. He apologized for our wait, but once again, I don't think this is his fault. I don't know what you guys are trying to do in this store, but whatever it is, YOU ARE CONSTANTLY FAILING! You need to get it together people!! The pizza I ordered was great... I have no complaints besides the coagulated cheese. It was still warm and delicious, however incredibly greasy... but still good. THE PASTA WAS ANOTHER FAIL!!! Whoever put that together didn't do it correctly at all, and unfortunately that is going back to the store tomorrow and pictures may be sent to corporate... I'm getting so sick of always hearing from the drivers, "Sorry, we're so slammed." That is very poor management; no necessarily from the manager on duty, but from the managers who manage them and make poor decisions. Please stop embarrassing me... To this day I still try to promote Domino's as the company it used to be, but this store has been driven into the ground seemingly...

I ordered over $260 in pizza to thank the staff at 2 hospitals . Black hills surgical. Enter and monument health. The first two times the driver was rude about where to go even though we specifically told them. The lady on the phone was even more rude and today I ordered again ( I am a patient suffering from colon cancer) to thank my medical team and they said no o e was there and took the order back to the store and the rude lady said “we will bring it back if you are there.. I said I’m a patient I can’t walk and I left instructions on the web. She called me a liar and said nothing was there. By the time they got the order back it was soggy and cold. Note I tipped the drivers each time and ordered quite a bit of pizza which I have receipts for. Why would this company feel the need to be so rude to someone in the hospital fighting for their life and just trying to thank the people caring for them….. shame on you dominos. I’m putting this review up everywhere I can...
