Love INC of the Black Hills — Local services in Rapid City

The only nice true kind hearted thing they have is an actual heart felt beautiful lady that works upstairs . I have tried several times to get help consisting of an electric wheelchair for mobility even approved by a Dr. They had me wait on one for over month just to tell me they couldn't do that they are to expensive. After telling me they had them in warehouse. I've tried food,I've tried help with housing and no not homeless. In an apartment with monthly income. I've tried clothing. I've even went into see what volunteering does. And what I found was they have people work for free in different categories such as fix up their furniture such as a bed in the lobby for 2000.00 that a free worker sanded polished fixed and or painted in return for more furniture for their own home that they also do the same thing with as far as fix sand pain and polish themselves. What kinda needy family can buy a 2000.00 dollar bed or small round white chair. I have seen no one get help. Even in the bike category. You get a bike if you build them in a shop. Same process you fix a bike they sell it then you get to fix another one for yourself. They do not literally help the community. Not even a list of housing to call myself. I have 2200.00 income and still no help. My journey started from homeless to where Iam at now and they don't help from square one to where ever someone is at in life.seems kinda fraud she or get you to self serve labor by choice. It maybe for people that have everything they need and have nothing else to do. Almost like a senior center. I wish it was different and there was real help for people in supposed areas they care about.wink wink. And how is it non profit when they have free labor to make thousands off of your free work. Unless they mean non profit for you. It's nice to know that someone with metal plates and screws in both legs and neck fusion and screws and plate for a collar bone and upcoming surgeries with more plates and screws ect isn't worth the...

My Dad who is elderly and having health issues needed his roof repaired. He had a roofing company take his money and run. Out of desperation I made many calls to many facilities to try to find my Dad some help fixing the much needed repair to his roof. I came across Love Inc. of the Black Hills. They let me know they were affiliated with 50 different churches and gave me several phone number for the churches in my Dads area. I found a church and is having his roof repaired tomorrow. Best place and they help with so much! You name it they are there! Raven is amazing!! She has been my rock! Shes strong intelligent and a wonderful person! Her presence and professionalism is above the charts. If she doesnt knownthe answer she will find it for you or get you inn touch with someone who can help and will check in to see if all has been done to treat you right and with respect.
