Last night we decided to have my daughters birthday dinner here, we have not been here in many years. Getting seated and everything goes great and we all were excited about our food order. 45 minuets later we received our entire meal... the salads served with our main course??What??? When I told the waitress she said sorry she didn't know what happened. That sucked not only did we have to try and eat salads fast we had so many plates on the table was uncomfortable. The sirloin was cooked close to right and he was trying to eat it with his salad so it wouldnt get cold but it already was.. a COLD steak? We all trsted our meals and my grilled cheese was cold and missing the onions and tomatoes. The cheese wasn't even melted. The burgers were cold, 1 was missing toppings. I think they got the food done and it sat back there until someone noticed.. then they made the fries (cuz those were hot) and then had to bring out our food. We told the server the steak was cold and she said sorry she would let the kitchen know. We ate our food except the grilled cheese, because we were hungry and tired of waiting. Not sure what happened but no manager came to speak with us. We will not be back again and this story will be spread all around as it was so disappointing in the end. They gave us 25% off everything and didn't charge us for our 4 sodas. A $26 Cold Steak??? I don't think so. I think management should have been to the table.. they should have tried to fix our food instead of just saying sorry. Well we are sorry too because we keep telling this...

Very poor experience. Today was Sunday jazz brunch and the bar was severely understaffed. Our food took way too long, almost 30-45 minutes. We asked for NO tomato and the sandwich came with tomatoes. The fries were cool and the sandwich was soggy looking and looked like it had been saturated in tomato juices. The bartender (red hair, friendly, lots of arm tattoos) did not check on us except when she originally took our order. The waiter who we finally flagged his attention to ask about no tomato gave us attitude and excuses. Full disclosure he did not take our original drink or food order (guy with long hair, wearing a backwards cap and clothes that seemed 2 sizes too small for him (at least the t shirt he was wearing was way too small). When an order is served late, incorrect and cold, the best customer service response would be, "I'm so sorry your order is not to your satisfaction, let me try to make this right please." Instead we were met with "This is the first time we are doing brunch and relax, they are just tomatoes." This is truly unfortunate because it's one of our regular day date places, but after today, we will not be returning. In future, there needs to be proper customer service training and make sure you're fully staffed to accommodate a brunch crowd, which can be quite busy, especially during the...

I reviewed this location a year ago and gave it 4 stars. After the experience we had tonight, I had to revisit and revise my review. In short, the food was as delicious as ever, but the service was worse than it's ever been. While we're not regulars, we've been coming to this location almost monthly for over 4 years. Tonight was the first time we were disappointed in the service, but since it was spread across no fewer than 4 staff members, I can't discount it as a fluke. The primary waiter was slow and inattentive, but more frustratingly absentminded and unaware of his surroundings or the similar grumblings we overheard from multiple other tables in his section. 2 of 4 orders were incorrect, and served by 3 staff members other than the waiter, so none of them had any idea what the correct orders were nor did they have the information available to them to make quick fixes. The experience started poorly with the waiter missing 2 of 4 drink orders and it spiraled from there. We're understanding of a dinner rush and the busy season, but none of the staff seemed bothered by our wait let alone offer a simple apology or explanation as to why a portion of every aspect of dinner was incorrect. If this were our first time here, we'd have zero interest...
