Bad experience. They won’t sell you a cupcake by its self. Must buy 12 cupcakes for $29. If you want a single item, you have to buy a bigger cake for $5.50. Rip off. Then they also won’t give you a fork! You must buy a pack of forks for $4.50. We complained and she told us that some people go down to Starbucks and get forks. So they want us to steal forks from another business so they don’t have to provide them. I do apologize to the gal at the counter. I was so repeatedly shocked that I was not very nice and it’s not her fault. The owners need to stop being money grubbers. Also cake was way too sweet and not very good. Quality has gone down. I love the nothing bundt cakes brand and was an avid customer when I lived in westminster Colorado. Its our birthday party go to. It's disappointing to see the location in Rapid City not sticking to brand when it comes to punch cards. I'm supposed to get a free bundlet after I buy 12 of them. Not after I visit 12 times and buy multiple at every visit. Hopefully they will align with the brand at nearly $6 each I think we deserve the punches! Makes me buy less at each visit honestly. And it's not about just getting a free bundlet. It's about feeling like it wasn't the Nothing...

We’ve been to many Nothing Bundt Cake shops in several different states. Glad to see this store located in Rapid after the other one moved to Sioux Falls. Cakes were fresh and delicious, but light and inconsistent with the frosting.. I’m sure they’ll improve. Staff was awesome! Ordered a half dozen for Super Bowl Sunday. Reese’s, Strawberries and Cream, and Chocolate Chocolate Chip. Can also recommend Lemon, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Blueberry when they have it. Cakes freeze well too, so nice and easy to purchase in advance...
