Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Rapid City

Isn’t Coldstone supposed to the place to go for toppings/lots of ingredients in the mix??? Where we came from, Coldstone was a treat and it was packed full of the ingredients. We got some gift cards so decided to visit tonight. First off, the staff was arguing upon entering the facility. Then the gal who was working, and who spoke very loudly, shared that she wasn’t on her meds and has ADHD so hard to concentrate…apparently this was true since she forgot to put anything in the ice cream and mix it up. One of the flavors ordered was the signature All Lovin’ no Oven and guess what flavors were in it? Pumpkin spice? Peanut butter? Yep, those things aren’t in that recipe. The Cookie don’t you want some literally had 2 pieces of cookie dough in it…the main ingredient. Both of the ice creams we got tonight were lacking ingredients. If we have wanted plain ice cream, we could’ve gone to Walmart to grab a half gallon. This is the worst Cold Stone we’ve...

Went to Cold Stone tonight with the family to top off our great day. Our experience was not so great. It was 440pm, the staff denied one of my kids a taste of pistachio ice cream because of covid. I get that, that's fine, the problem I have with this is they harp on covid yet none of them were wearing gloves or masks when preparing the ice cream and they were eating behind the counter. Gross!

Later, a young woman came in with her family member, they initially spoke of Harry Potter, but then the convo changed and the employees started throwing out the F bomb and repeated cursing. Unprofessional.

Wearing torn up filthy street clothes also.

The ice cream was ok, the toppings tasted stale. I believe Armadillos will be our choice...

The ice cream was good... But one of the two ppl serving one of them was being kind of rude and messed up my order even though I was right there saying what I wanted. He was even rude to the other server because she told him something in an excited kind of tone (he was walking away while there was still a line) then he told her to never talk to him like that in front of customers. Honestly, he made the whole experience uncomfortable. The other girl was on point .. very friendly and giving each customer she had her time and attention. The tip I left was...
