Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Raritan Township

This place was the best place I ever ate in my entire life. I am only 34 years old and I have eaten Sonic before a long while back in CT with my children and we loved it. My husband and I decided to stop at this Sonic because he says that he noticed everytime we pass by one I get excited and tell him that we have to stop one day and eat there together. We was close by in a Inn & Suite so that's the reason for choosing this location. The online hours said they close at 9PM and it was already 730PM. They was only 10 Min away which was reasonable so we went. We got so excited when we saw the menu we looked like 2 Big Kids LOL Anywho we got our food so fast and the young men who were working that day/night were so polite. They was on point Fast and really nice. They answered all our questions. Since they closed at 9PM. The Bays were shutting down and the young man told me I can still order through the drive thru if needed which made me super happy again like a Big Kid LOL. There was two cars ahead of me and I was able to see the young men at work taking orders and preparing the food and deliveries. The way they moved was amazing. The team work effort that I saw made me want to cry. They looked about my son's age whos going on 16 in August. So go ahead and laugh at me. IDC LOL I'm a mom it happens. They were in sync with each other communication was amazing. When we got to the window to pay. We asked how much would they charge for a refill on our drink The employee smiled and said wat did u have we responded and he took the cup refilled it returned it and said nothing. We are definitely coming back. Those young men deserve a promotion. They need to go around to show other young children at work in other locations how to be grateful and thankful for what they have. Also to show them some damn manners because let me tell you something these children now a days are so rude...

Tried to order at one of the stalls and was told they weren't doing delivery to car service that we had to go through the drive through. No explanation, the screens were on and in working order. Went through the drive and got food, parked in a spot and ate. When we were finishing, a pickup truck parked in the same stall I did and proceeded to place an order. We'll I got heated and matched right into their kitchen and asked to speak to the manager. A gentleman who could bot speak English very well and could barely understand me, tried to tell they couldn't take my order at the stall because it was raining. When I tried to place my order it wasn't raining. Then he said the credit card reader was broken. I told him I've experienced that problem at a Sonic before and they could take the card inside and run the card for payment, but we didn't get to point anyway because I couldn't order. I was extremely aggravated and said I would call corporate and air my concerns to them. As I walked out one of the employees laughed. I turned right back around and said none of this is funny as I looked her in the eye. She denied saying anything but I know she did. She and the manager are very unprofessional and a lot of training in customer service. They are rude and very unprofessional. No wonder that location doesn't have much traffic go through there. Maybe it will close and will be jobless, would serve...

Everything was correct on our receipt but when i pulled over I noticed I was missing my large order of cheesy tots and my daughter's milk. then when i went inside to let them know i asked if tots come with her kids meal as well and they said yes which i told them i didnt get that either. i go back to the car and i open my sandwhich and i was given the wrong sandwich. my husband goes in and speaks to the manager (ends up being the same kid I was dealing with). My husband lets him know my sandwich is wrong and he thought it was funny that I was just in there with other issues that they messed up on. I don't see why they made an immature kid a manager thinking they could run the place professionally. Aside from basically our whole order being wrong they didn't even put on much cheese at all on the large tots. We live 45 mins away so what would have happened if I didn't pull over to check my order??????

Corporate resolution was to offer me things we don't eat and we would have to make another purchase...
