The Pavilion at Raritan — Local services in Raritan Township

What a great place to call home! The apartments are very comfortable. Juliann and Nicholas in the office are pleasant, welcoming and very accommodating. Dealing with them is always a pleasure! Ryan, in maintenance is also outstanding. He goes above and beyond to get the job done correctly. Also, extremely pleasant to deal with. We have Valet trash removal 5 days out of the week. So easy to just put the can supplied outside your door in the evening. The trash room on the first floor is always open if you wish to dispose of your trash yourself. Management schedules awesome activities for the residents! The property is kept neat and clean. There is an amenity fee just like every other complex. It's paid once a year which may seem high, but if you break the amount down as a per month fee, it's really very inexpensive. We have a fitness room, computers available, a great community room, gas grills, fire pit, and a pool. Unfortunately with the state wide lifeguard shortage, the pool can not be open every day. I have lived here for 1.5 years now and really do not have many complaints. The front door wouldn't lock after hours for a few months. I have not checked it lately but I am not that concerned about safety here. My apartment has a side that faces the pool area so in the summer time, I can usually hear the kids outside. Other than that, it is relatively quiet.

Juliann in the leasing office is amazing!!! She is always so cheery and helpful. When I lost my job, she let me cry in her office and then gave me phone numbers of local resources. She is absolutely the best!

Ryan in maintenance is always helpful as well. He quickly addresses any maintenance concerns. He even jumped my son's car because he left the interior light on, he's a new driver.

While I do not use the amenities that much, it is nice to know that I could. The outdoor areas are well maintained and very clean. I like it so much that I am renewing my lease for another 1.5 years! Would definitely recommend...

Living at The Pavilion at Raritan for the past 2 years. Going from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, Kimberly, Charlie, Nadia and Ryan made the transition nothing less than seamless. They make the living experience here nothing but welcoming and work hard to create different experiences for the residents here with their monthly events, which I look forward to.
