Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Raymore

I have come here a few times already. The first time they didn't have coffee so I only got a nova lox and it was pretty gross with all the cream cheese. I've been to einsteins for years at various locations. I've never had it like this. The second time I went just for coffee and they don't have mocha at this location for some reason. The third time I went to get a nova lox hoping it was just a one off situation. The nova lox was again messy with poorly distributed toppings. Marshall and the staff are friendly and efficient. I ordered the bagel egg sandwiches and love the hazelnut coffee! Please bring back onion bagels! For those who had a long wait in the drive-through, the store just opened and the staff is getting used to their positions and everybody in three cities are trying it out. Last time, When I came, the dining room was standing room only and the drive-through was backed up onto the street and I still got served in a very reasonable time Less than 10 minutes. The last 2 times we have been here we have sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins. Our food is cold by the time we get it. Today we pulled up to the window with a mobile order & they had zero idea about it.
