Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Raymore

DO NOT order pizza from here! I ordered a two pizzas from here, I received confirmation order number via email. Pizza was stated to be delivered at 715pm. We placed a call to the store and stated we were checking on a pizza we ordered and when it was going to be delivered. The gal asked for our name and stated oh ha-ha that's why you haven't received your pizza. We don't have your order. Ok, soooooo......We state we have confirmation and again we were told "We don't have your order" dead silence... Then we ask what can be done? "There is nothing we can do, we don't have your order". Again silence.....so we state we will order pizza from some where else. We were told " OK"... We placed a call back to speak with manager on duty and she stated that even with confirmation number she is not able to do anything because she is a low end manager and they refuse to train her on the online stuff. She was then asked is how they handled situation is to say there is nothing we can do? She said I could call their service department and ask them where the order was at, because she is low end manager and not able to do anything about it. Who runs there franchise this way on a busy holiday? Labor day is a busy time as it is and if your customer service demeanour is projected as we cant help you, your basically screwed, does not say much. Never once were we asked if they could take down the order and get it out to us. Not once in two phone calls were we asked if there was a way for it to be fixed. DO NOT order...

WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever received from Pizza Hut. Dec 9 I ordered my food at @7:30 it got delivered, but my order was wrong. I called back they told me they would remake it and deliver it, it would be delivered in 10 min. 8:00 arrived no pizza, I called back they said they didn’t have a driver call back in 10 min. I called at 8:10, they said my driver was on his way. I don’t live far from Pizza Hut so I’m thinking ok he’s down the street. 9:00 comes no pizza, no delivery…. I called back at this point the driver didn’t arrive until 9:10 with cold pizza and cinnamon sticks. I called Pizza Hut back and told them. They stated “we are not making you another one you already had 2.” I have already paid and my family needed to eat. Police were called up to Pizza Hut, they remade it fresh and told me they would reimburse me…. We ordered 2 pizzas online and 2-2 liters of pop, one starry and one mt. Dew. Ordered it carry out/pick up, when I got there nobody came to the window so I tried going in the lobby, the door was locked even though it says right on the door that they were open till 1am. And it was 12:15, so since that was locked and nobody answered when I knocked I drove back around to the window and banged on it, still no answer, I finally called and someone walked up from the back and I could clearly see her, she answered the phone and started to tell me that she was going to put me on hold until she seen me on the phone through the window, she gave me the pizza but no pop and when I got home and opened the pizza it wasn’t even cooked all the way, still raw dough on the bottom, had to put them in the oven just so we could eat them, never got the soda or a refund for it and she pretty much told me I’m effed when I called because by then they would be closed by the time I got back, terrible service, crap food, I guess good help and good pizza is hard to...
