Went with a few friends last night and had just about the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant yet. The food was amazing, as usual but never in all my life have I been treated with such disrespect by a waiter that goes by the name of "Richard". I am home from school and decided to grab dinner with a few friends before I go back. Not to mention I go to school for hospitality so I understand when a restaurant gets busy, but the service that Richard gave us was just unacceptable given the circumstances. The night started fine being seated within 10-15 minutes of a walk-in. We were then seated at a table that smelled like vomit and asked for another table but the restaurant was full so we decided to make no fuss and the smell subsided so we sat at that table anyways without a problem. After our order was taken, Richard came back 5 minutes later asking for our order again because he "forgot". We retold him and he failed to ask me if I wanted anything to drink so I had to yell at him as he ran away that I wanted a Corona. After our order was taken our food came out pretty fast being the rush had went down and there were only a few tables seated in the restaurant. When the food came out we were each given our dinners by different people 10 minutes apart. One order was completely wrong so they went back to the kitchen to fix it and completely forgot until Richard came back an hour later without even asking how everything was to realize that one entree never even came. At that point we no longer wanted it and sent it back to a woman who seemed to have some authority over the restaurant so we told her how horrible the service was and she apologized and then was to never be seen again. We never heard back from her and then Richard came back about another hour later and not once apologized about the forgotten entree. Not to mention all we got were wings!! We asked for the check which took another 20 minutes and we were ready to pay for our food and get out, at that point we were just aggravated after waiting so long we all just decided to get up and pay at the register at the front. Finally Richard ran over and said he will take it, rung up our food and then came back and said a comment "Don't forget to not leave a tip and write a nasty note" and then proceeded to say "This was just as horrible of an experience for me as it was for you." And pretty much got in my friends face, WHO WAS A GIRL!!! At that point we all took our tips (which was about 4 dollars combined) out of the check and walked out. Needless to say, I will never be back and Richard was as rude as a waiter could possibly be. I don't know how someone could get away with treating paying customers in such a manner of disrespect. I have been there several times before this and after that service, I will not be back. Absolutely disgusting the way we were treated and all the hostesses watched, as well as the woman who seemed to have authority who apologized earlier in the night, and all turned a head and said nothing....

Ambiance - A wooden & brick decor with open ceiling . Pretty big bar . Some tables & booths .Tables seemed a bit close to me .My chair was almost touching the one behind me . Every time the door opened there was a blast of cold air ( we were pretty far away from the door .) Chairs & booths were padded . Service- Our waitress was cheerful & pleasant . She came to the table right away after we were seated. Our beers were cold. Stopped by to ask if everything was ok a few times . However our table was full of used appetizer plates and napkins as our meals were brought out . I had to ask her to clean the table and get us new napkins and forks. Food - We had the chicken wings & eggplant apps . They were very good although I don't think the wings are cooked fresh . Maybe reheated because the edge of one was cold . The eggplant was a large enough portion for dinner for one & was very good . All 4 of us shared the apps . Most of us had pizza , mine was nothing special . I ordered the arugula & prosciutto & basil with mozzarella. Barely any cheese & it was like they dumped a cold salad & meat in big slices on top . I didn't eat much but took the rest home .I reheated it the next day & it actually was good once the arugula was wilted & I added extra cheese ! There was no taste of basil at all . But the crust was good. My husband had a sausage pizza , same ...barely any cheese . Another person had a chicken sandwich and another brussel sprout pizza which she said was good . The bill with tip was $180 . We also had 4 beers & 2 vodka drinks . I felt we could have been in a nicer atmosphere & better food for the money we spent. It was our first time here & I was looking forward to trying this restaurant . Opinion - Not bad not good ! Nothing impressive in ambiance , presentation or food . There are many other choices...

Went for dinner with a friend to try out the latest pizzeria to open up in town. The restaurant, 2 Senza, used to be in this spot. Anyway, the food was decent, but the service was pretty bad. My friend and I waited for what seemed like a long time, though it probably was only a minute or two, for the host to finish his conversation about fishing with some guy, who was not even there to eat or work. It was a pretty rude in my opinion, especially for first impressions. The place was full of patrons. The menu is pretty sparse, but good. Pizza and salads mostly. There is a bar that seats about 6 people. It was full as well.

Anyway, we ordered a salad and a pizza, and our server forgot to bring the salad. I had to ask for it, after the people who got seated after us, received their salad. So, ours came out with our pizza. The server offered to cook us another pizza, in order to eat the salad first, and then get a fresh pie later. Which was something, but we were f-ing hungry, so we just ate everything at once. The food was good. Enjoyed it with a glass of wine.

For what it is worth, my friend did not like it at all. She would probably give it less stars. It probably did not help her opinion after she slipped on ice and almost fell on the concrete on our way out. When I gave the host (the courtesy of) a heads up about the ice, he seemed pretty aggravated that I was bothering him. What a dick, now that I think about it...

Maybe I will go back, maybe not. There are at least 3 other new pizzerias in town that I will try...

Good fresh food with interesting pizza creations, and a decent selection of draft beers. The service is friendly and fast, but a bit industrious. Prices are in the upper midrange, portions are not. The mostly unseasoned pizza dough is made from the ultrafine flour, so expect really thin fine crust pies, not the usual glutenous, yeasty, and stretchy fair. To my surprise, the pizzas lacked in seasoning, and were really lightly baked, which made them somewhat bland. I was missing a nice char resulting from a high heat oven as the name of the place would have suggested. The appetizers were a mixed bag, and some were insultingly tiny for the $10+ price. Most disappointing was the grilled octopus. A few very thin slices (adding up to maximal one inch worth of a small-medium diameter octopus arm) cost $14. We eat grilled octopus practically at any restaurant serving it, and always got at least 1-2 reasonably sized arms. Besides being a rip off, the balsamic vinegar and bitter baby arugula overwhelm the octopus flavor. Also, they add nuts, which also do not enhance the seafood flavors, but generate the illusion that there is more octopus meat present...

So my wife and two family friends went here on a double date I have some drinks and some food have to say the drinks or did you serve in there a different mix cocktail or absolute amazing We also had a few the appetizers Fried calamari international Georgia.. We also have the pizza money my barstool review on the pizza 3.8 reason for such a low review on the pizza it was a good average pizza for a large pie but walking in there I thought I was in a get more of a old-fashioned wooden burning coal burning type of flavor to it which I actually found that 100% absence of any type of natural wood or coal flavor. I would say were deafly try this restaurant out again and give it another shot and Iโ€™ll even W but if heโ€™s another shot down the road maybe I just got one of those food pizza made by the bus for what definitely worth giving the restaurant another chance

This place has an exciting vibe. I love converted factory type places; high ceilings, industrial, original iron and brick work, large open floor plan,.. this place has it. The pizza was excellent and prices reasonable. I don't remember what background music was playing but it must have been decent. I get annoyed when an opportunity for good bgm is missed. Style wise everything looks great but I would like a little more light at my table. The menu had a good amount of options. It's not only pizza. The staff was friendly and efficient. They sat us pretty quickly even though they were busy and Mike was great! My only other idea was that the mirrored wall at the far side makes the place look larger but, if possible, using clear glass to see into a halfway could add to the style (unless it's the back area for another shop). We'll definitely go back for more!
