This is definitely a tried and true old school Italian restaurant. The service was pretty good considering it was New Year's Day.. our first time here. The chopped antipasto salad was good . I still like when they put the Italian dressing on it in the kitchen and pre mix it for you, but we did it ourselves. We had red wine vinegar and oil on the table. We asked for the bread that came with the dinner but were told they were busy and ran out. I flagged down another waitress who got my ice tea . We also asked about the bread. They had no problem bringing us garlic bread with cheese. It was hot and gooey. I guess the bread was saved for menu orders. My shrimp parmigiana was butterflied, breaded and covered with sauce and cheese. Definitely frozen but its standard and still good. The chicken rice soup also came lukewarm, honestly she forgot to put it in so, it was a rush, but better late than never! Great flavor and lots of vegetables . I would come back here and get the super thin crust pizza. It was one of the best pizzas I've had. Crunchy with perfectly cooked toppings. Brought the leftovers for lunch the next day. There is a bar, looked very local neighborhood guys having...

The Brothers Restaurant is probably the oldest running Italian restaurants in Red Bank. Red Bank is full of great restaurants to choose from. Most of the restaurants in town are overpriced and the quality and consistency may vary.

I have been going to Brothers since the 1990s. So for 35 years it's the most convenient restaurants that I regularly goto when I am not traveling for work.

The decor is very basic and humble. The Bartenders and locals make you feel at home the minute you walk in. The bar is small but accommodating. Locals will move over to make room.

The pizza is very good. Thin and crisp. There's a lot of different variations. My personal goto items are there cheesestake pizza or the sausage and pepper cooked well. The chicken parm dinner is my other goto item on the menu.

The cheese steak, meatball, sausage, chicken, veal parm subs are excellent. They also run dinner specials for a week at a time.

Cold subs are great as well. Turkey and roast beef are made in house.

Give it a try. Tell them JT sent you if you...

Went here for the first time. This is an old time Italian restaurant in a very old building. Decor matches the age of the restaurant. My wife ordered the pasta with clam sauce and I ordered the shrimp francesca. The portions were more than adequate for the price paid. My wife's dish had a least 2 cans of clams over a generous portion of penne pasta. While the dish had good flavor, it was over-burdened with garlic. The shrimp seemed like they were breaded elsewhere and defrosted to make the dish. The sauce had an over abundance of lemon which made the dish very tart. The broccoli side dish was over-whelmed with garlic. Both our dishes could have been better if they had a little less seasoning. This is a statement I have never made before. I would try this restaurant if you are looking for good value for your money. The restaurant had few patrons and seemed to be a local hangout. The service was adequate, but, if there were more people i don't think they would have had...

Impressive spacious restaurant! It was a tough decision between the thin crust pizza or chicken and pasta dishes. Chicken parm was better than the franchese sauce. The star of the show was definitely the fettuccine Alfredo. One of the best I’ve ever had. The sauce was rich and very flavorful. For the desserts the red velvet cake was much better than the peanut butter explosion. The other star of the show was a free parking lot with the restaurant! Service was excellent too.

Many friends have asked to give my opinion on the BEST Thin Crust Pizza in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. For me hands down it’s Brother’s in Red Bank. Difficult to describe in words, if your a thin crust pizza lover you have to go here. Old school restaurant with friendly staff and very reasonably priced drinks. Liter carafe of wines and pitchers of beer great value. While other dishes I’ve tried including the cold antipasto were very good the thin crust pizza is exceptional!!!!!
