Blimpie — Restaurant in Redding

This place is atrocious...it's so off putting the moment u walk in...all the cleaning stuff is on the wall next to the fountain drinks...it doesn't feel or look clean. The tables were not all clean the floor felt sticky...the options were mediocre as well as the choice of toppings...it was literally like a knock off of subway. It was myself and my 7 y.o who dropped in for the first time ever. I should have went with my guy instincts and never have stepped foot in a blimpy, I've went all these years avoiding doing so simply because it jus doesn't sound or look appealing. Well today was the day...if I could go back in time and change it I would...money wasted time wasted jus wow. As stated up there walking in first impressions was already not good...plus side every food place around the immediate area was stupid busy except..BLIMPIE!! I was starving and in a time crunch so I pulled in...upon jus parking both ladies that were working there were taking trash out xyz and I got a "look" it wasnt warm and inviting ..no smile...borderline nasty almost. They honestly were not even dressed as employees so I was jus like hmmm. Proceeded to get my child out and walk inside....silent gasp I swear if I wasn't so hungry and feeling my blood sugar dropping rapidly and shaky I would have turned around and walk out. Proceeded to counter and began engaging with yes. The 2 ladies I seen outside who were not helpful or patient and definitely not friendly. I ordered a kids meal sandwich and I got a 6 inch sub and a reg drink. I asked for both sandwiches to be lightly toasted which they were not and I paid 20 dollars!! For what??!! My son's meal was almost 7 dollars and that meant my 6 inch sandwich and reg drink was 13 dollars!! 💀 It truly was bland and jus not good. First and LAST time I will ever...

Not happy that there was no avocado, only guacamole and they didn't even have sour dough bread. That's like a given! And you can't see what there putting there hands in to see if you want it or not, they need to update with clear glass so you can see what there touching. And although it's Redding, no body had masks when I walked in. But it's not un common here. And the ladie kept cleaning instead of tending to the customer, I believe she was a manager. Poor...

I went into your restaurant today July 12 at lunch hour and there was a line and only one person working the sandwich line while the other was working in the back room. When the line got to 10 long I left. I owned a Blimpie's in Idaho and we always had three on the line. I don't expect you to have 3 but Blimpie's have always been about service, service, service. Your a disgrace to the...
