Roots is genuinely one of the greatest businesses ever owned. Ricky and Mariah, (the owners) are so amazing and sweet. They really do make it feel at home and always greet customers with a smile and make it the best experience possible for each and every individual customer. The staff is amazing and super compassionate. The environment overall is so positive and welcoming. I love this place so much! I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing a quick pick me up! They serve excellent coffee, great smoothies, juices, shots that are extremely healthy and AMAZING snacks. The apple nachos are to die for! The owners are incredible. I’m so glad they have such a successful business with such great customers that make it possible for them to do what they love...

I found Roots passing through town from seeing the "Juice" decor and decals on their van parked outside. It being my first time to here, one of the employees gave me the rundown and suggested juices based on my tastes. I have visited a hundred or so juice bars in every corner of the country and this place is real.good.juice... I like that with your first visit, they give you a punch card so that your next juice is free with the purchase of any size juice. It may seem expensive, and pricey, but it is a good investment, and it is tasty, and they are Organic and fresh! My sis and I are addicted to Roots! We're in Redding for the first time, and we have practically moved into Roots for the duration of our trip. Everything is fresh and organic, so there's no need to worry about what you're putting in your body. The drinks are absolutely delicious (my fav: The Popeye), the Fireball shot is amazing and kicks your immune system up about 10 notches, and the Apple Nachos are so yummy and completely knocked out the sugar craving I was having one day.
