It's been a few years since I was here, then we came in August for a birthday, and it was completely different from pre-covid. A good mix of games/activities for both younger and older kids. The pizza is great when it's hot. Cards or wristbands are used instead of tokens. I recommend the cards, the wristbands look better, and I figured my little wouldn't lose it, but they are harder to use, even for an adult. We went twice recently for play dates since it's winter and has been rainy out. I took kids ages 5 to 13 and we stayed 4 hours, all the kids had fun, the staff was friendly and kind. While we were there, we watched the staff clean the machines, constantly clean the salad bar, the tables, the counters. The staff would walk by and ask if there was anything we needed. They were helpful and so patient when the younger kids were picking their prises. Great experience. We will be back for next time school is out or for our next...
Read moreAs a whole, Chuck E. Cheese has changed dramatically in the last year alone. Now everything is digital, including replacing the tokens and tickets with cards and removing a vast number of games that do not utilize screens. With that said, this facility is up to decent cleanliness standards, including the bathrooms and eating areas. The staffing is hit-or-miss; either you will get the professional and upbeat person who is willing and able to help, or the relatively apathetic teen who treats any conversation as an inconvenience. I've held a child's birthday party and attended a child's birthday party since everything changed, and it's relatively convenient, as long as you know what you want before you arrive. It does get over-stimulating very quickly, for parent and child. But the staff that helps with the parties is very quick to address and need that you bring...
Read moreOverall a good experience. Went in for a birthday party, the host was on it. Very attentive, good communication and saw the same from the other host working the next birthday. They have a system set for birthday parties that seems efficient. The place is surprisingly clean given the amount of kids running around combined with food. Saw a staff go around a couple times picking up trash. They also have someone by the entrance directing & stamping people coming in. He also did a good job making sure no kids exited w/o an adult. Just an extra piece of mind.
The reasons for the 4☆ rating: Personally did not care for the pizza, but wings were good. The frosting to the cake has a funky taste too. The parking lot is too small for the shopping center & Chuck-E-Cheese. Need to get there early otherwise circle the lot to find a spot. And finally, they no longer...
