It's quaint with a hipster feel to it. Lots of places to sit and chat, read or work on a computer.
There's an upstairs with more seating, its nice.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the girl who helped me is a total asset to this location. She's friendly, happy, open. welcoming, and pretty knowledgeable. It's good for this store that she is the first person every customer sees and interacts with when they enter this location, she is a refreshing face.
Personally, I found the menu items to be a bit on the pricey side, but I have a tight 'out of pocket money budget' so to someone else the prices might be "no big deal"
I ended up getting a bottled ginger lemonade drink, which I found to be delicious.
I may or may not return, as it really depends on what I am able to afford. But its a cute place, if you dig that...
Read moreAbsolutely awful experience. I ordered an espresso with cola - pretty specific - and they brought me an espresso tonic like they didn’t even bother to listen. No apology, no fix, just blank looks and attitude.
The food? If you can even call it that. Stale, soggy sandwiches that tasted like they were made days ago and forgotten in the fridge. Completely disgusting.
We also had a small, quiet dog with us - well-behaved and just lying under the table - and they asked us to leave. What kind of place still does that? It’s 2025 and you’re acting like it’s the Stone Age.
And then there was the manager, Lindi - absolutely rude and disrespectful. No sense of professionalism, no respect. Just cold and condescending. It honestly ruined the entire experience.
One star, and only because zero isn’t an option. I will never be...
Read moreIn theory the coffee is excellent. I wouldn’t know I never got my order. We ordered a large latte and a hot chai. My wife loved her chai says it was wonderful. I was waiting for my latte and as soon as they put it down on the counter a busy distracted construction worker who had been two people in line behind me grabbed it and walked out.
Not their fault. I asked the barista if that was my name she said yes and apologized profusely. She said she’d make me a new drink. So far so good. I’m patient no hurry.
But then she made 12 drinks for the 9 people that were in line behind me. I waited. I stood right next to the counter. I tried to make eye contact. She made drinks and chatted with coworkers. After 15 min I gave up and walked out. Went to Starbucks. I dont like Starbucks. I prefer to give my business to local...
