One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The employees were very rude and borderline hostile. I wasn't greeted with a smile more like a scowl. As I walked in with my mobility impaired mother we were targeted by the front cashier who promptly announced for security over the loud speaker. My mother was simply looking for a craft project to keep her busy during her recovery after an operation and all we received was tension and hostility from every direction. When our Lyft ride arrived to pick us up my mother attempted to use their cart to aid herself in walking to the car. A very pushy rude old lady rushed out as if we were attempting the heist of the century. It was very upsetting to see my mother sobbing upon returning home because she was made to feel like trash. The product we shipped to California, was destroyed in transit. Well at the least the other 40 made it. I called spoke with BJ, a manager there... OH MY GOSH, WAS SHE A GOD SENT!!! PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT & KIND. SHE WENT OVER AND BEYOND... I MEAN OVER AND BEYOND TO WORK WITH ME to assure the product was pulled quickly, packed and prepared for the DASH delivery driver. I couldnāt get the website to load to make a party reservation and she was explaining to me in detail how all the packages work and was really helpful. Iāve called the store a couple times and other people have blown me off or didnāt want to be bothered to explain the package and you know give this person a RAISE. She cares about her customers and weāll go the extra mile to make sure that they get the help that they need give this woman a RAISE .
