BEST icecream(yogurt) ever! so many flavors and toppings and amazing crackle cookies! I wish this place kept all its locations open because that was very cool but at least this one is here.
I wish they would put better flavors next to eachother for the mixing machine, but the flavor mix combos arent ever good. Best one I saw was pomegranite and chocolatw but it wasnt a very good mix because the pomegranite was more like a sherbet and it made the chocolate icecream watery. It'd be better if they put things like strawberry and vanilla next to eachother and ect rather than random flavors that dont match
But really the only big thing i wish they'd change is that this place could have a pay per cup instead of a per oz system, I understand why it has to be this way (per oz) but i think I'd rather overpay for the cup and fill it up as much as i can like a kid than worry about what im putting in my icecream lol. Sometimes i put too much ice cream in my cup and it ends up being over 9 dollars which is crazy! atp id rather pay 8-9 dollars for a cup and have freedom with my topping choices without feeling punished. It also feels kinda dishonest because there is no way of knowing how much you have to pay until you weigh it đ
The rewards isnt the best but after you eventually spend 90$ with the rewards you can come in and get 6 free cookies which feels kinda awesome, esp since the cookies are kinda expensive here
Overall though, a great place and I always look forward to being able to come here when I'm in the area â Its kinda the only froyo place left and I love coming here w my friends and having popping pearls on the icecream. I just have some nostolgia for places like Razzilicious that were just nicer experiences, but i guess there is a reason...
Read moreMy jaw is still on the floor. In a hurry to beat a deadline for giving cookie gifts, I entered their satellite store on Cypress Ave. in Redding. After looking over the cookie case, I told the young man behind the counter that I wanted to buy all the cookies in the case, about 88 cookies by my count. I needed a total of 12-dozen over the next couple of days, but I urgently needed 6-dozen right NOW! He told me he needed to call the main store because he did not think he could sell me all of his cookies. Keep in mind, this was 3:35pm and a cash customer was offering to buy out his case. He called the main store, and sure enough, he was told not to sell me all the cookies, but to send the customer over to the main store on Hartnell. I could hear the owner's voice and I told the young man to tell her I was not driving all the way to another store when I could buy what I needed here. She confirmed that he was not to sell me the cookies. I was STUNED! I reminded the young man that he is likely going to have cookies left over when you close today, cookies that I am willing to buy RIGHT NOW! Nope, not going to sell them to me. This company has been my go to for gifts for 11-years. I have spent over $1000 a year on their cookies, but I will not shop this company again. Shocking way to NOT...
Read moreAbsolutely awful. Took my daughter there for a birthday treat. Thought I was at the wrong place as it was overpacked with Christmas decor. Walked in and found samples were not allowed which seems a little absurd. The frozen yogurt was not smooth and creamy as expected, but icy and taste wise, did not align with the simple flavors we chose. Tried a variety of toppings and they were stale, hard as hell, and tasted terrible. Not to mention that because they are grossly overpacked with decor, apparently that exempts them from cleaning. The tops of where the toppings were was so dusty, as was everywhere else in the store. We ended up paying over $30 for our four yogurts, to which we walked outside, took a few bites and ended up throwing away. Hugely disappointing and shocking to see how it is even still...
