My boyfriend and I order a medium pizza. It was a Saturday night, so expectedly the pizza was a longer wait. We walked around once we found out the pizza wasn’t ready when we got there. No problem! When we came back, our pizza was stolen! Kind of a bummer since we had to wait longer… but oh well. It happens! We weren’t upset. The lady at the register (I believe her name was Bailey, she has light pink colored hair) was really nice and apologetic. Didn’t know quite what to do right off of the bat… this is what really irritated the both of us. She asked for help from a girl named Taylor I believe (straight black hair tied up in a pony tail who was making boxes at the end of the line). I can’t even begin to put into words how absolutely AWFUL Taylor treated her. My jaw literally dropped as I looked over to my boyfriend who has the same shocked reaction. I don’t know if Taylor needs a stern talking to or WHAT but I would never hire someone to work for me who treats other employees that awfully. I get that it’s busy but there is literally no excuse for the way she talked to her. I tried so hard to keep my mouth shut. Us waiting extra long for our pizza didn’t bother us, our pizza getting stolen didn’t bother us, but the way Taylor was acting while getting paid to work was an absolute disgrace. We both left and felt extremely bad for Bailey who did a great job trying to compensate. She did not deserve to be treated that way in...
Read moreHorrible service! It might be possible for it to be my fault, beins I showed up close to 11pm. No ice for drinks, but they said the 2 liters were cold...wrong! Barely below room temperature! I was paying attention for my name to be called. Watching the monitor too. Good thing, because it was put on the rack without calling the name. Went back for dipping sauce...people looked up from their chores, but just kept on keeping on. I told the other patron that "this would be a good place to open a resteraunt" loud enough for the others to hear, but I don't think they caught the innuendo in that, so I gave up. I tried again a few minutes later, & got the dip. Yay! But by then most of the pizza was gone. We were a hungry bunch. I mentioned as I was paying for it, that it's not right to ask for a tip before you even get your food, bit I gave 20%, even though there was that little voice screaming "Don't be foolish!" I don't know why I have such a problem listening to that voice. It seems like I get a frustrating experience! Perhaps I expect too much. These people stayed busy. Really busy... I just think the order of priorities might lean more towards waiting customers. By that time of night, everybody has littke to no patients. I'm not a rock star, so I probably shouldn't get bent when they don't treat...
