This wing stop was awful and by the looks of it I’m not the only one who felt this way. I’ve never complained about a restaurant or to a restaurant. The food was fine. But they missed about 40$ of our order. Which was a very large order. They were 15 mins late which isn’t too bad. But then. When we called and said they missed part of our order which was a pretty big part. They said it would be ready in 10 mins. Then my husband had to call again and tell them that they we were also missing some of the chicken not just fries. So he went in and waited. And waited and waited. 45 mins later after talking to them about 4-5 times. Them saying “oh I’ll go check” And the manager saying “oh that was ready 30 mins ago!” But had some how disappeared . They gave him his food. Then they refused to give a refund for the service and messing things up acting like they did nothing wrong. Also telling me they apologized to him profusely and clearly told my husband about the wait time . Neither of those things actually happened. Also the manager seemed to imply that we lied about the chicken they missed, that they know they got the right amount. Literally would never lie about that. I get that you might be busy. But we called ahead of time and 10 other people came in and got their food while he waited and they kept forgetting about him. Said I would need to bring the whole order back for any kind of refund. I feel like such a Karen and def lost my temper on the phone which I’m not totally proud of . But maybe pick people who will at least sound like they want to talk to you when you call the ask if your order is ready. We will never eat there again. And I’ve never reviewed a restaurant even if it sucked. It when you spend this much money and it was this much of a mess, Maybe you guys should think about what people are saying and do better. Read moreIt was our first time here on a Sunday night because they were opened late. We got there around 9:50pm. We looked at the menu for a bit and saw they had deals on the app. I asked the blonde girl if we can get the 20 wings deal in store, she suggested that we order for pick up, wait for it to be ready, and it will be cheaper. So, we ordered through the app for pick up and waited in the store for our order like she suggested. The ETA said 25-35 minutes. So, we waited and waited. Then checked the app which said the food will be done in 10 more minutes. But, there were already a lot of bags on the shelf and dashers were picking up the order except 1 bag. After time passed, we tried to ask if our order is ready, but no one was available. The blonde girl kept coming to the front to answer phone calls and then left to the back quickly. After 50 minutes of waiting, we finally got the attention of a worker and asked the guy how much longer for our order, he took the bag that was on the shelf that was there for probably 30 minutes already. Which was before the app said it was done and handed it to us. I felt like the blonde girl knew what we were ordering since I asked her about the deal and that we were the only carry out order (not door dash). They could’ve asked our name for the order to look out for it, since they noticed we were the only ones waiting in the lobby for almost an hour. After he handed our bag, he started calling names of the new bags being placed on the shelf (even though no one else was there), insinuating like it’s our fault we didn’t hear my name being called. Food is cold and fries are soggy. It’s just disappointing, no apology, or acknowledgement. Read moreI ordered on their website and they sent it through DoorDash for delivery. It arrived without ranch and with the wrong soda. I contacted the store whom I ordered through and let them know. Donna was rude, she insisted I come pick the ranch up & then stated that I needed to call corporate for any refunds. I asked for that number to which she didn’t respond and could be heard saying ‘oh my God’ to someone on her end. She put me on hold only to come back and say she’s too busy for this & I needed to come get the ranch. At this point the ranch or soda wasn't the issue it was how rude she was. I then asked to speak to a manager due to her behavior on the call. She put Dan (a supervisor) on who affirmed there is no corporate number for me to call and he could send his DM a message asking to refund me or I could be comped for the items for my next visit. I told him I wanted the refund and to file a complaint on Donna. He then stated that he cannot give his DM’s info out and he would pass the message along. I was encouraged by a friend to write this review to warn others (obviously I now see all the horrible reviews on here). Donna had horrible customer service and really shouldn’t be answering the phone if she can’t refrain from being rude and cutting people off. hopefully this place gets some attention due to these reviews.
