Starbucks — Restaurant in Redding

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever had Kelly the manager is beyond rude. I ordered the wrong drink by accident so when I came back and asked if they could just pour a little bit of coconut milk in the cup for me she said it would b an extra charge n that I would have to get in my car n drive throu the drive through to cash me out because there was no register there. So I asked if she can just cash me out at that register and I can give her my card and she told me no that I would have to drive through because there were customers but there were none, I was the only customer! So I gave her my drink n drove through the drive through. When I got to the window I asked if she was the manager n I began to tell her that is by far the worst experience I've had a starbucks. And because I said that she refused to give me my drink n told me that I can leave and go to another Starbucks! I can't believe this lady, she's pretty much telling her employees it's ok to act like this to...

Had the worst experience possible at this location. I placed an mobile pick up order and received this cranberry bliss bar tray, now as soon as I got home I noticed that the safety tab was off which made me scared what shocked me even more was the tray was missing a bar!!!!! I paid full price to receive an open box that and missing one! I immediately went back to return this and upon showing the baristas this young man was beyond rude telling me that they did not sell these boxes there, this made no sense, especially since I just received one from there 10 minutes before this interaction. The baristas are very very rude. They gave me open food and then argued with me when I confronted them about it. Starbucks needs to treat their customers much better. I shall not...

Extremely rude, shady girl working there. Caught her over charging us because she was upset that I didnt say the "magic words" when ordering. I asked for a Americano with an extra shot of espresso, something ive ordered HUNDREDS of times from various starbucks. She rudely insisted that I had to order a "quad espresso" I explained I order that same drink all the time and shes the absolute first person to hassel me...She charged me 8 dollars for what ALWAYS costs $4.75!
