Fresh Fish House — Restaurant in Redford Township

This is by far the best fresh house experience I’ve ever had all thanks to the gentleman Michael who went above and beyond for me. I come to this location all of the time because it’s right up the street from me, but every time I go during the week my food just isn’t right compared to when I come on some weekends. After telling Michael about my orders on other days, Michael apologized and made sure that my order was perfectly made! I now only go if he’s there!! He just makes the food so much better than the other employees. I’m big on reviews and I just have to give credit when it’s due!! Thank you so much Michael for making this location the best one by far!! To all that visit this location, ask for Michael to fix your food I promise you won’t be disappointed!! He should be running this place honestly if you ask me!! It’s hard to find good service now a days, let alone good food!! Excellent customer service on down to the food prep “5 stars” all thanks to Michael!! Management needs to just let this man take over if they know well!! Give this worker more than a raise lol, he deserves his own location!! Ask for Michael guys!!...

Been there several times love the catfish bought some tilapia those cook so hard I couldn't eat it that only happened once I still go for the salmon and the catfish each time I go I buy at least four to five pounds customer services quite a well staff is very polite very respectful food is not cooked sitting in the heat lamp waiting for you to cook the order so prepare to wait but the quality of food is worth it it's not overseasoned it's slightly seasoned I think it's good for anyone who's diabetic except for the fact it's breaded and not heavy-handed with seasoning like Captain Jay's or some other restaurants like Manhattan good quality of food may have some pretty good desserts as well and you can also buy Lobster crab legs frog legs hard to find items and they're cooked their steam while you wait and they offer raw fish sales for anyone on on EBT the employees make the store very respectful and just all...

I called in my order and was told it would take 20 minutes to be ready I waited 25 minutes before going into the restaurant. The guy behind the counter told me it would be a little longer on my order without even looking to see if it was ready. After taking 3 orders and giving out to pick up orders he sat a bag on the counter. I walked to the register and he told me that I can pay when my order was ready insinuating that that was not my order. He took a call in order and another walk in order then he called me to pay for my food when he slid the bag over that had been sitting on the counter it was a slap in the face my food was ready when I walked in he purposely made me wait. I don't see myself eagerly returning to this place. When I asked why he made me wait his response was "oh I'm just rotating y'all out...
