Arby's — Restaurant in Redlands

Went through the drive through ordered a few things that were very simple combo, Couple of 2 for 7 items. And and they have me pull away from the window to park by a trash can just ahead of the drive through window. Which made no sense. Then I had to wait for my food for a long time. So I don't understand why I could not have waited at the window. Because if another car came, I would have to have pulled out into the street and backed him in the parking lot. But instead, they made me wait out. Just passed the building by a trash can. And it took forever to get my food so I don't understand if maybe they were doing something different. Or if that's their protocol, but to be able to pay for my food and wait for my food. At the same spot is what should have happened. So if they ask you to pull forward and there's nobody behind you. I would still ask them why I never did which I regret not asking. Because I did not want to sit by this trash can. And nobody pulled up behind me to move. I had to just sit by the trash can while they prepared my food? And not the greatest to service, the guy was very short. Must have because I didn't have my request to be done. And he wasn't sure if they could change out the bun on a arby melt from onion bun to sesame seed...

We waited in the drive-through line for a long time and then finally our turn came to order. No problems there. Successfully and quickly ordered 2 buffalo wing meals. When we got to the window to receive our order we were told to pull around to the parking lot (which requires leaving the parking lot, waiting at a traffic light, then pulling back into the parking lot) and wait for our order which consisted of 2 meals (no special orders. Just two buffalo wing meals). We waited for 10 minutes before I decided to go inside with the receipt and see what was taking so long. I was met with hostility and confusion. Nobody knew who I was, not even the guy who told me and my mom to pull around to the parking lot....they huddled together and gave me odd looks and said things that made it seem like I took the receipt out of a trash can and was trying to get free food or something sketchy like that.

After they consulted their manager and huddled together confusedly a couple more times they finally decided to make the meal and serve me the food we paid for.

Extremely rude and unprofessional.

This place is expensive but thought it to be a healthier choice. Went through the drive through and was told they have a juice option for the kids meal. I chose the apple juice with the roast beef for my 3 year old twins as they can’t eat pork. Got up to the window and was handed two bags with capri sun fruit punch drinks. I asked the girl at the window about the juice and she said they don’t have juice. Who gives their young children punch?!!! But very disappointed I paid and left. I hand the kids meal to the babies and after reaching my destination 10 minutes later I notice their sandwiches are ham not roast beef. Good thing they don’t serve peanuts or peanut butter cause they could really harm someone that has allergies. Tried to get my money back cause do not want to eat anything from this place again but Jose, GM told me he wasn’t going to listen and wasn’t going to do any damage control. They need new management cause it’s not just about food it also important to have good customer service, when things go wrong. All this cause they...
