Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Redlands

Oh, man. It hurts to write this but i have to do it in hopes that the management sees this. This is by far the most nostalgic Chipotle to ever exist for me. I used to go here back when it first opened some 13 years ago. I have been forced to watch this place go steadily downhill over the last 5 or so years and I have no idea why. As far as I can tell, there is more consideration being put into the Chipotle at the Mountain Grove Location, since this place seems to get no loving.

Issues: The chips are perpetually under-salted and overcooked, the chicken / steak / fajitas are always blackened (which probably means that the stove isn’t being cleaned regularly, which could lead to a fire hazard due to a backed up grease trap), the staff is unfriendly (yes even the management, an unmotivated/detached girl who goes by the name of Zaira last I checked), the guacamole regularly has chunks of unmasked avocado in it (and on one occasion an entire pit), the meat is not cooked properly… Like, man this hurts to say but this place probably went from the best chipotle in my opinion to the worst location,...

A friend told us how delicious the Chipotle Mexican Grill's smokey brisket tacos and entrée's are so we tried them and WOW are they good! The brisket was tender,tasty,freshly made and delicious! The brisket was not salty and very tender!We had their brisket soft flour tortilla tacos with tender plump black beans,chunky pico de gallo,crispy fresh shredded lettuce and Chipotle Mexican Grill's world famous fresh made on premises guacamole-soo tasty-great with the bag of fresh tortilla chips!Chipotles have friendly servers, a sparkling clean restaurant,tables,chairs and self serve beverage area-bathrooms are extra clean as well! Went here a couple days ago for my boyfriends birthday and didn't feel very welcomed or cared for. I got white rice and when it was my boyfriends turn they were out of rice and acted like it would take ages to get more when half way through making his burrito they brought out More rice. He wanted Extra steak and they were out of steak and the girl asked another girl to grab some steak and she had the biggest attitude and rolled her eyes Came back with a little thing of steak and my boyfriends like hey I asked for extra and so the girl rolled her eyes and stomped away and came back dumping more steak on his burrito. And left us with some attitude sentence that we barely understood. Non of the tables were clean. Infact a worker there was eating at one of the tables and when they left they never cleaned the table after...
