Not sure who owns this place, but that person is clearly a perfectionist! I haven't seen this level of attention to detail paired with such a modern approach in a very long time. Beer, food, atmosphere, service - absolutely top-notch. Let me break it down: The BEST craft brewing I've ever had!! I never liked flavored beers - I've always been more of a classic Belgian/Czech kind of person - but here I tried the Tropical Getaway and fell in love. Even though they don't have a huge food menu beyond burgers and sandwiches, you can tell they pour their soul into it. The Holy Ravioli was especially amazing! Even the plating looks like it was designed by a perfectionist (or at least a very well-paid designer). Their website is fantastic - super easy to navigate, no glitches, no broken buttons like you see with most places. Surprisingly quick service for such a busy spot - our food was on the table within 7 minutes of ordering. Incredible atmosphere - staff keeps everything clean without hovering or interrupting you with the classic "sooo how's everything??" while your mouth is full. Even the music is on point - Linkin Park and Nirvana were playing in the background. Loud enough to enjoy, but not so loud that you can't talk. Lots of different ways to hang out - relax on the outdoor patio surrounded by palm trees, play games in the lounge, grab a high-top or sit down for a full meal. Dog-friendly space. They even support local shelters and traveling families - in the center of the room there's a TV showcasing adorable shelter dogs, and in a nearby space you can buy photos from a traveling family for just a symbolic price. Prices are super fair for the quality and experience you get here. Honestly, I haven't enjoyed every single aspect of a place like this in a long time. It almost feels like they made it impossible to find anything wrong (and trust me, I usually love spotting a stray paper towel on the floor somewhere). This is one of those rare places you immediately want to come back to again and again. Highly,...

Escape Craft Brewery has added a new downtown Redlands location called “Downtown Oasis” and let me tell you it is just that … and Oasis. The new location which is in addition to the original location off of Nevada St. is all new and old all at the same time. The new location at 440 Oriental Avenue is a Redlands historic building dating back a ways. The brick building has been restored and modernized keeping that old where house feeling outside with a friendly, modern and a little eclectic environment inside. With around 35 taps of not only their own brews but some from local microbreweries in the are there is plenty to choose from. In addition to that they have added wines and even Champagne to their liquid run of afire. The kiddies and non drinkers have a full line of Stubborn organic sodas other drinks like iced tea. If that wasn’t enough along with the expansion drink choices to their already great beers they have added a kitchen area as well. You can order both New York round and Detroit style pizzas with a variety of toppings. A double patty burger and fries along with a list of different salads and as they say “small bites”. Vegetarian meals of most everything they serve are available as well. They even have a kids selection of meal items as well. No one was left out when they created the the “Downtown Oasis”, not even your little dog Toto too. Dogs on leash are still welcome just like the original Escape Craft Brewery as long as they and their owners are well behaved. All in all a great family experience serving great beer and now food , wine and sodas. I am had pressed to think of a better place to come, hang out and have good food and drink. Officially opening May 4, 2021 I can’t wait to see what new and exciting things are...

You know that rare moment when you walk into a place and instantly feel — this one’s special? That was tonight.

We showed up around 6 PM, and the vibe hit right away — high ceilings, brick walls, warm lights, friendly buzz in the air. What surprised me most? The freedom. You can either order right at the bar or scan a QR code and take your time. We went digital — but before that, I walked around just to soak it all in. Honestly, it was hard to pick a seat — cozy lounge corner with blue chairs, fun game zone with pinball and giant Connect 4, a chill patio under the lights, or near a lively group that already looked like they were having the time of their life.

We ended up next to that crew — and man, their energy was contagious.

Then came the highlight — the bar guy. Super helpful, patient, and genuinely into making sure I got exactly what I wanted. We talked food, we talked beer… and he nailed it. Western Bacon BBQ Burger — juicy, smoky, stacked with crispy bacon and melted cheese. Fried Ravioli — golden, crunchy, perfect with marinara. Crispy Fries — classic, hot, just right. Two amazing beers — one juicy IPA (non-alcoholic!), one rich amber — both hit the spot.

Everything was delicious. Not “pretty good” — wow. The flavor, the texture, the balance — this kitchen knows what they’re doing.

The price? Around $46 total — and honestly, worth every penny. You’re not just paying for food — you’re paying for the vibe.

And details matter here — from plants and art on the walls to a screen showing dogs up for adoption . It’s got heart.

This place is a 10/10. Atmosphere, flavor, service, design — everything clicks. You walk out full, happy, and already thinking, “I’m...
