I've been going to Plant Power for some time now and I wanted to give it some time before I gave it an honest and fair review. First things first, the food. The quality is up and down when it comes to a appearance and taste. For example, for the most part (as other reviews have stated) the ranch taste like tarter sauce. I dont like it much and it hasn't grown on my at all. I've had my food prepared very neatly at times, while others - not so much. I've asked them to toast the bun plenty of times and it just never gets done. It seriously is not hard to do at all.
The appearance and cleanliness of plant power is always an A+ for me. I have yet to see it messy. No dirty tables, floors or anything of the sort. Even the drink and condiment station is very well maintained.
Customer service is also one of those up and down things for me. I've had times where I go in and the cashier is very happy and always there to help. One thing that really gets me is most of them constantly ask me "anything else" every time I pick an item. Please dont day that every time. It not only sounds rude but I also feel rushed. I dont know if this particular girl is a lead or manager but she has glasses, kind of tall, skinny, and seems to be the one on charge most of the time, yeah well she is way too rude. I cannot stand when she is up front because she lacks customer service skills beyond measure. If you cant stand basic people communication then why are you in charge?
One star down for the rude leader, and another for the up and down food quality. I get it, its fast food, but if you're going to at least mimic some of McDonalds items, dont mimic their...

When people here those two words, an image of salads and tofu come in the minds of most people. Well, Plant Power Fast Food is changing the way that vegan food is seen.
This vegan restaurant chain is one of the few vegan eateries in the Inland Empire that offers food similar to everyday fast food items. We are talking about burgers, chicken nuggets, shakes, chili cheese fries and cheesecake! And ALL without animal products.
The comfort food dishes at Plant Power Fast Food are also free from cholesterol, GMOs, artificial colorings, flavorings and preservatives. That list alone is definitely appealing for those who want healthier fast-food options.
Plant Power's signature vegan burger, the Big Zac, is made in the restaurant. An imitation of the Big Mac with still the same meaty taste and texture. The burger is stacked with meat style patties, a secret sauce, pickles, and creamy vegan cheese that doesn't taste like plastic.
The sides are also very standard like most fast-food fare such as the chili cheese fries and Voodoo fries. The Voodoo fries is Plant Power's take on the classic In-N-Out's animal fries. All are served in a compostable food container and are great on the go.
For those who prefer chicken instead of burgers or fries, soy based chicken tenders are available with a range of sauces. The batter is delicious enough that you can eat them without the sauce.
Plant Power Fast Food's creative menu is definitely worth a try. Who knows? It may even convince the most carnivorous person to consider reducing the amount of meat or animal products...
Read moreWent to plant power Redlands last night with my wife and newborn and the place was pretty messy. Nothing was wiped down and the bathrooms were pretty bad to where you didn’t even want to touch the sink, doors, or even paper towel dispensers. The computer system wasn’t taking our card so we ended up having to redo our order and get back in line to order.
After getting our order placed we waited and could tell the staff was pretty tired after observing them a little bit. They had mentioned to other customers they were under staffed but it didn’t really seem like they needed more than the three workers on this particular day. Also I’m the type of person where an excuse is never an option (but that’s just how I get down).
Once we got our food, the burgers were super soggy and cold along with the fries (they’re always soggy on the contrary so whatever). A few hours later, my wife and I are laying in bed to sleep and I feel a sore throat coming up. I tell my wife and she says, “yeah me too.” Well todays the next day around and I feel horrible. I have a huge headache with nausea and my sinuses are extremely enflamed, along with my wife. I’m not sure if the food was brought up to proper, sanitary temperatures or if the food was sitting for a while. Plant power is a pretty cool idea, but you’d think for the high price point you’d get some high quality food. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case on this...
