Foster's Donuts — Restaurant in Redlands

I have been coming to this place for a few years now and I love the 24-hour convenience. The last time I went I had a very rude experience with the Asian woman and found a hair in my donut. Also I was missing two of my Donuts from the two dozen I ordered. They do not do Baker's Dozen here. When I complain to her she was very rude and said she would not honor the half dozen free donuts anymore because I had already wrote a bad complaint about her. After we exchanged some words I have just decided to report the business for a health code violation and for the way she treated me after being a customer for so long I will never be going back here and I don't recommend anybody else to. Sucks that I have to come with the negative comment, but I think it’s only fair for future customers. My experience was horrible. We were looking for a 24 hour donut shop so we could find FRESH donuts. Unfortunately we went to Fosters based off of all the good reviews and it was BAD! We got there and you could tell the donuts had not been switched out at all for fresh. They just go through what they have left. I did see trays of donuts just sitting behind the counter. I’m not sure why they weren’t for purchase. But the worst part is the Donuts we gave a chance trying weren’t even all the way cooked. The inside was still full of uncooked dough. I've tried all the donut shops in the area searching for the best cinnamon roll, and Fosters is definitely the best one for that. Their donuts are still fresh the next day, which is a plus when the kids don't finish them the first day. Most donuts are stale by the next day. One thing that I noticed, and didn't give them the whole 5 stars for, is that compared to all the other shops in the area, they are considerably higher in price. Also if I order six donuts and want them in a box because I hate smashed donuts in a bag, I get charged for the box!
