Lately every time I go, they always mess up on my order. I learned to get ready and prepared to get out after drive thru. The first time, I had no bra and wearing my pjs and I had to get off to get my correct order. The first few times didn't bother me but now, every time I go, my order is always incorrect. I won't get into the other situations but the last one....
The last time I went was horrible. The man asked me what I wanted for drinks, I told him Dr. Pepper and Diet Pepsi. Once I get to the window, he asked again and STILL got my drink wrong. Mind you, I hate to be the one to complain but I am not going to drink soda that I hate. I asked for Ranch and Honey, they couldn't even do that either. Usually they mess up on my food and forget the sauces.
I asked for a medium Mac & Cheese so my son and I can share. We had a long day and I was just trying to get some food so we can all relax and go to sleep because it was so late. I looked in my bag and it was a small. I told them that I ordered a medium Mac & Cheese. The guy said you only paid for a small and we don't have a medium.
Well thanks, I wish I would have known that because I would have not had a problem to pay the extra money for a large.
They continued to act like they didn't care even the manager. All she said was I am sorry not in a sincere way. She also told me that she was already clocked off. So it seemed like she didn't want to deal with my situation. She also sound very young. They need to learn more about customer service because that day was just the cherry on top. I will not come back to that KFC again.
I am writing the post not to get something for free, I am writing it so hopefully they can work more on customer service especially the manager that worked that night. Mangers reflect on their employers.
I also couldn't do a survey because they didn't even give me a receipt. I don't know the names but hopefully this situation would get fixed. I will never go back because I don't want to pay for poor service and people that could never get my ONE or TWO orders right every time I go.
The day was Thursday, November 17th time was around 9:00-11:00 pm. I am hoping she is just an assistant manager not the store manager.
On the other hand, the one person that does a great job is someone that has been working there since I was in high school. (Yes, I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER WITH YOU GUYS FOR MORE THAN 7-8 YEARS) She always does a great job and I love it when she takes my order. I know I will always get great service and my order is always correct. I hope she works there still because I haven't seen her lately. I just wish more of the workers are like her, great...

This place is not it. I have been here 3 times in the last year. This review is based on today's visit. I place a mobile order and it tells me the order should be ready by 2:38pm. I arrive at 2:40, expecting to see my order in the mobile pick up order section. Employees are busy assisting another customer holding a dog (can a dog be inside a restaurant?) And a bunch of teenagers are asking for water cups as if it was a game. I sat in the corner waiting for my order to be completed. At 2:52, someone finally recognizes that I am waiting, and asks me what I wanted. Turns out, my food was already ready before I arrived. At least it was entertaining to watch the interactions.
I bring my take out orders, open up my chicken meal and find suspiciously dark fried chicken. My dad, who also grew up on KFC comments, "how many times did they fry this chicken?" The meat was tough, biscuits and fries soggy, the flavor was how I remembered it, salty and oily, but KFC has come a long way to written off my books completely. Read moreThis is our local KFC in Banning and ever since they took the buffet away after covid, it's gone down hill. I went through then drive-thru months ago, 15 minutes before closing and they were already closed! I've been there other times, trying to order extra crispy chicken, and they hardly ever seem to have it! So then we went here a few weeks ago when we had lost power and had to eat out, so I had coupons for KFC, and went here, but you now have to order from an interactive kiosk, instead of simply telling the employee what you want, paying and getting through the whole process way easier than how it is now. So after waiting 15 minutes for some French people in front of us to order, we get to the kiosk, and I'm putting order in, telling my son and girlfriend that we can just order regular sized drinks and get refills. The KFC employee heard this, the tells me that their lobby is closed..and this was at only 8 PM! The whole point of eating out was just because we had lost power.
