So I put in a mobile curbside pick up order. I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes before I went in. It went through it charged my credit card. Guess what their machine is down but they don’t care enough to put up a sign. They don’t care enough to have somebody out here doing anything about it or letting people know slowly the curbside pick up is filled up there’s like more than 10 spots That are for this purpose and there’s like three or four that are empty.
Guess what happens next I have to redo my order inside and go wait for it inside because they won’t bring it out to me !
And then I was gonna walk away but nope, I decided to ask for a manager and the manager just looked at me and said you know I’m sorry for your time. I’m sorry you’ve missed your appointment with somebody but there’s really nothing I can do and I’m like oh That’s what you can say when someone’s this frustrated and he looked at me and said what would you like me to offer you and I looked up and said well what is there that you can do and he walked away from me and helped another customer I think it was the worst service I have ever received. I told myself let me give the manager a chance to rectify the situation with me before I write a review because I always do that. I wasn’t rude. I wasn’t angry. I just told him the situation and he decided to do nothing and then walk away from me in the middle of it. I don’t know what’s worse.
Don’t come here and order curbside because just cause you’re charged does not mean they got the order today
This is like so frustrating. They have no value for people’s time, fast food and back to it I thought. What a mistake. Lost my dang appetite...
Read moreEvery time I go to McDonalds, SOMETHING is always broken or they are out of something, or they get my order wrong. This doesn't just happen at this particular restaurant, its literally EVERYWHERE! Although, this is the worst of all the McDonalds. Today, the coke machine was broken, which was ok because I wanted a smoothie. But, NO, aparently that was on the fritz too! They apologized, and they were very courteous and nice, but apologizing didn't make it better. I guess I could have chalked it up to a bad day, but literally every time I decide to go to McD's, either they do sonething to mess up my order or some machine doesn't work. No wonder McDonalds is trying to bring in business and they are adding a bunch of new & fancy stuff, people just don't want to go there anymore. It doesn't matter how fancy they get, or what new foods they add on,or even the new services they add on, it's CUSTOMER SERVICE, people! Its making sure that every thing is working, coke machines, smoothie machines, etc., and giving people what they want to eat and drink. I am not a big fan of McD's anyway, but when I do go there, I expect them to have what I want to eat and to get my order right. Probably won't go back...
Read moreI went here yesterday because I forgot my lunch at home. I ordered a mc double and a 4 piece nugget off the 2 for value menu. Why does this location NEVER give me honey mustard? I stopped coming her for that reason and because the fries were yucky last time. But it had the shortest line and I had to grab and go to work so I bit the bullet. Drive through did not ask what sauce I wanted, I saw them put BBQ on the order display. I do not like BBQ sauce. I asked her "oh can you please put honey mustard as the sauce" she said "yes no problem" and I said "ok thank you!" She said you're welcome. So I assumed I would finally be getting my honey mustard. Then I get my bag and drive off because people behind were rude. And I check the bag at the 1st red light... 2 BBQ SAUCES. Zero honey mustard. I was extremely disappointed. This happens all the time at this location. It's a waste of product because I do not like BBQ sauce and end up throwing it away. On top of that one of the patties on my mc double was shredding and falling apart and the other had a chunk was missing that looked like a bite (pictured). I gave 2 stars because they were fast and the nuggets were actually...
