Rubio's Coastal Grill — Restaurant in Redlands

We love Rubio’s. We go just about once a week. Unfortunately today we were really disappointed with this location. I went up to notify the lady who looked like a manager (older gal with short grey hair) that I didn’t have dressing on my salad and she told another gal working there to grab me some, which she did. Then I saw it. A customer was changing her baby’s diaper without a changing pad on the table in the restaurant and the manager looked right at them and walked by. She did nothing. I didn’t even see anyone come by and clean the table afterwards. Absolutely unacceptable! This is totally unsanitary. She should have told that customer to take her child to the restrooms and then proceed to bleach the table clean. They didn’t do a thing. Very saddened to see this and I’m not sure if we will...

30+ years living in So Cal and finally tried Rubio’s. Big mistake. Should had gone to Chipotle’s next door.

I guess the call it Mexican food because they put beans on their meals.

Tried the shrimp burrito and while it had a good amount of shrimp it was tasteless and the chipotle sauce was overpowering.

I also tried their salsa verde taco but I guess they forgot the salsa because it didn’t have any on it. The flour tortilla was cold.

Their service sucks. Too too long. When I asked where my meal was as they served two tables that ordered after me they said I must have ordered a special meal??? Special alright. Sucks!

Won’t try this again. Next time if I’m hungry and want to try horrible food I’ll go somewhere else and...

Rubio's has a menu that covers something for everyone. Tacos, salad and much more. Everything on the menu is very well thought out and the thing I like the best of you eat at one location and go to another the food is just as good. Now I know you have gone to chains that are the same name but the food, quality, service and atmosphere is different at every one, This is not the case here. Excellent food, service, clean store and people are very helpful. * Taco Tuesday - better than any other deals out there* $2.50 fish or chicken tacos! Now for the kicker.
