Had such a great time here! The omakase was incredible — every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully put together. What really made the night special was Chef Mia (Maya). You can tell she really cares about her craft. She took her time with each piece and explained what we were eating in a way that felt super genuine, not overly formal.

This is a true hidden gem inside the public market and can’t be passed up if you enjoy sushi. Take the stairwell down and slide open the door to a world of delicious flavors. The Omakase is a must and Chef Tony executes it very well along with great conversation. I’ve been here a couple times and it’s always on point. The vibe is dark with jazzy vibes if you listen closely and that made my experience even better.
