I would like to address the situation that occurred tonight at your Redmond, Oregon location. My husband and I went in to order a half cheese / half pepperoni pizza, a 4-piece chicken, and two orders of spuds. The restaurant was not busy, so we decided to have a beer while we waited for our food.
We sat for over an hour watching other customers receive their meals, but ours never came. When we finally went to the counter to check, the employee could not find a ticket for our order and had to ask the kitchen staff. We waited another 30 minutes before checking again, only to be told that no order had ever been placed for usâeven though we had already paid $78.
At that point, I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund. The manager, Billy, told me he would not refund our money despite the fact that we had been waiting for over an hour and a half. He claimed the chicken had been sitting ready for 30 minutes and that the pizza would only take another 3â4 minutes, so we just needed to wait. The server at the counter even acknowledged they had made a mistake and shook her head in agreement as Billy stood his ground and refused to take responsibility for the lack of service. By then, the chicken would have been cold, and we were still missing one of the sides we paid forânot to mention the pizza.
This was supposed to be a treat, but instead we were left with no meal, no refund, and completely unprofessional service. When my husband called to speak with someone above Billy, he was told there was no district manager and, when asked for a corporate number, Billy told him to âlook it up onlineâ before hanging up on him.
This happened on Sunday, September 28, 2025, around 5 PMâduring a very slow time for the restaurant. We are not the type to complain, but being charged for food we never received is unacceptable. The way this situation was handled reflects extremely poorly on your business. Whether this is a corporate-owned or franchise location, we will be sharing our experience in multiple reviews.

We were having a Christmas party for our family and I called to order, the woman on the phone was so rude I was taken back. We had credit and she shamed me so bad, like she was on to us calling and making up lies to get free stuff, she was beyond rude and told me that we will be flagged if we ever call again to complain, and how we have pages on us and we will be black balled, and she 'guessed' she would use our credit, she continued to be rude while i ordered and I was very shaken and upset after getting off the phone, this was 100% opposit of any experience we've ever had.Our family was arriving within the half hour and my whole mood went from excited to sad and just shock really. We have never ever experienced this level of rudeness. We asked the delivery driver to please stay while we made sure we got everything because she told us we would have to start going elsewhere if we ever complained again. When we told the driver how upset we were with her service and saw the ticket with her name, apparently she is the manager., the name on the ticket was Laura T. Went into Abbyâs tonight with family from out of state for dinner. We were helped by a nice lady. She had difficulties applying discounts to our experience order. She asked Dawn (I assume sheâs a manager or PIC) for help. She was clearly agitated with her evening and completely annoyed by helping. Dawn was nippy with the nice lady. Then took over helping us. There was nothing nice or friendly about our interaction with Dawn. As we patiently went through our order Dawn became visibly irritated with us. We continued to be patient with Dawn while we tried to understand her behavior. Dawn continued to remove discounts from our order. As Dawn was angrily ripping through the register tape openly telling another employee âIâm getting really irritated right now!â We were adding up the differences as Dawn took off to the other register coming back with half our money. We told her that amount is incorrect. At this point she threw up her hands and said, âcall the owner for the rest of your money. Iâm done helping you.â Of course at this point my boyfriend had enough of her attitude towards us. He told Dawn just give us our money back. Dawn was completely out of line with us. Our family was appalled with Dawnâs behavior. Before we left, I spoke with the nice lady. I was informed that she treats the employees poorly. Another one told us this is normal behavior. I just canât believe Dawn treats the owners customers with utter disrespect.
