I'm visiting from Illinois, I used to live in Oregon. Okay, I felt like a pizza to get me through the next couple of days and I thought "why not Abby's"? The last time I remember going to Abby's was 48 years ago. With my then boyfriend, Karl .... 😆. God we are old. One thing I totally agree with is you can't go back! I ordered a salad to eat for lunch while taking my 10" pizza home for dinner. The salads are premade.... though I'm sure they were made this morning, I have a problem with this. I felt like I could have gotten it from a vending machine. I ordered a taco pizza, which of course was never heard of 48 years ago. They brought it to me in two boxes letting me know I was to finish putting it together when I got home....??? Huh It was explained that with this type of pizza, others had complained it didn't stay together for traveling home. It definitely has me missing pizza back home in Illinois. I will say the garlic knots are good. Let's just say if you've got kids or you are a teenager looking for a place to hang with your date, this place is fine.

Not only was it incorrect (1st picture), but what was delivered seemed to have been not only days old but clearly been man-handled by someone other than Abbys. Not to mention, we all know they both come with marinara sauces, which seem to be missing. I called up Abbys and received the manager Clint and told him what had happened . After a good conversation and his understanding, the order was re-placed, I went and picked it up, and as always, I was taken care of with the utmost positive and friendly Abbys way. Not only was Clint super nice and friendly, but so were multiple other employees I had the chance to chat with while I was waiting for hot, fresh food. Redmond Abbys, you guys rock, and thank you for being so understanding. They deliver, so no need to trust anyone else but the people there with your food! Thanks again, Clint!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Absolutely dead, middle of the week, maybe 2 other tables sitting down but the order still took an extremely long time. The prices here are absurd. When the pizza did finally come, not only was it undercooked but the center was still fridge temp. You can see the cheese breaking off instead of pulling apart from being melted like it should. No flavor, dry and messy. Ranch dressing is most likely a playdo base. Do yourself a favor and go next door to dominoes.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Absolutely dead, middle of the week, maybe 2 other tables sitting down but the order still took an extremely long time. The prices here are absurd. I would like to address the situation that occurred tonight at your Redmond, Oregon location. My husband and I went in to order a half cheese / half pepperoni pizza, a 4-piece chicken, and two orders of spuds. The restaurant was not busy, so we decided to have a beer while we waited for our food.

We sat for over an hour watching other customers receive their meals, but ours never came. When we finally went to the counter to check, the employee could not find a ticket for our order and had to ask the kitchen staff. We waited another 30 minutes before checking again, only to be told that no order had ever been placed for us—even though we had already paid $78.

At that point, I asked to cancel the order and requested a refund. The manager, Billy, told me he would not refund our money despite the fact that we had been waiting for over an hour and a half. He claimed the chicken had been sitting ready for 30 minutes and that the pizza would only take another 3–4 minutes, so we just needed to wait. The server at the counter even acknowledged they had made a mistake and shook her head in agreement as Billy stood his ground and refused to take responsibility for the lack of service. By then, the chicken would have been cold, and we were still missing one of the sides we paid for—not to mention the pizza.

This was supposed to be a treat, but instead we were left with no meal, no refund, and completely unprofessional service. When my husband called to speak with someone above Billy, he was told there was no district manager and, when asked for a corporate number, Billy told him to “look it up online” before hanging up on him.

This happened on Sunday, September 28, 2025, around 5 PM—during a very slow time for the restaurant. We are not the type to complain, but being charged for food we never received is unacceptable. The way this situation was handled reflects extremely poorly on your business. Whether this is a corporate-owned or franchise location, we will be sharing our experience in multiple reviews.

I'm giving 5 stars for our love of their food, going in to the restaurant and having many parties thru the years and we always have had nothing but amazing service through the years, getting to know the employees when going in, and always great service when ordering online. Unfortunately we have had ongoing bad luck with delivery, with items or toppings wrong, BUT, Abbys has always been more than kind with crediting us and offering sincere apologies, because of the level of customer service and always making it right we never have been upset, instead the opposit,... until last night. We were having a Christmas party for our family and I called to order, the woman on the phone was so rude I was taken back. We had credit and she shamed me so bad, like she was on to us calling and making up lies to get free stuff, she was beyond rude and told me that we will be flagged if we ever call again to complain, and how we have pages on us and we will be black balled, and she 'guessed' she would use our credit, she continued to be rude while i ordered and I was very shaken and upset after getting off the phone, this was 100% opposit of any experience we've ever had.Our family was arriving within the half hour and my whole mood went from excited to sad and just shock really. We have never ever experienced this level of rudeness. We asked the delivery driver to please stay while we made sure we got everything because she told us we would have to start going elsewhere if we ever complained again. When we told the driver how upset we were with her service and saw the ticket with her name, apparently she is the manager., the name on the ticket was Laura T. I'm still giving a review of 5 stars for the many years of great food, time spent there and the excellent customer service, if I were to rate the manager, I would give minus 100000 stars. To the Owner of Abby’s Pizza in Redmond, I hope you read this. Action needs to be taken to which I’m positive is not Dawn’s first or tenth time being completely awful with your customers.

Went into Abby’s tonight with family from out of state for dinner. We were helped by a nice lady. She had difficulties applying discounts to our experience order. She asked Dawn (I assume she’s a manager or PIC) for help. She was clearly agitated with her evening and completely annoyed by helping. Dawn was nippy with the nice lady. Then took over helping us. There was nothing nice or friendly about our interaction with Dawn. As we patiently went through our order Dawn became visibly irritated with us. We continued to be patient with Dawn while we tried to understand her behavior. Dawn continued to remove discounts from our order. As Dawn was angrily ripping through the register tape openly telling another employee “I’m getting really irritated right now!” We were adding up the differences as Dawn took off to the other register coming back with half our money. We told her that amount is incorrect. At this point she threw up her hands and said, “call the owner for the rest of your money. I’m done helping you.” Of course at this point my boyfriend had enough of her attitude towards us. He told Dawn just give us our money back. Dawn was completely out of line with us. Our family was appalled with Dawn’s behavior. Before we left, I spoke with the nice lady. I was informed that she treats the employees poorly. Another one told us this is normal behavior. I just can’t believe Dawn treats the owners customers with utter disrespect.
