We have a family tradition of eating Chinese for dinner Christmas night. This place was NOT ready to handle the busyness of being one of the only places open. We waited over 2 hours for our food. Ordering online was easy, and we had a 30 minutes drive to get to our food, so I figured the 55 minutes wait when ordering for ASAP online was a good thing. However, when we got there they informed us (at the drive up window) our food was just on the grill, and would be done soon. They stated they would call us as soon as our order was ready. 45 minutes later I decided to go inside, and check on our order. After going inside I stood with the 6 other people waiting at the front for another 7 minutes before anyone even walked near any of us standing there. The first person walked by, dropped off a tables’ payment, and briskly walked away without even glancing up at anyone standing around. The second came to answer the ringing phone, and promptly took it into the kitchen. Finally a waiter asked the group of people silently waiting if he could help. 15 minutes of being inside. After someone helped me, and profusely apologized (for our wait of over an hour) they checked on our food then said it would be another 10 minutes. Finally got our food, and made the 30 minute drive home to find out that we didn’t even get all of the food we had ordered. We had 4 main entrees and 2 sides. One of each was the wrong thing. We do not live in the area, but can’t say this is a place I would want to eat again. The food was decent, but service was abysmal. Understanding that they had grossly misjudged how busy they would be I feel like the mess up on our food just made it all...
Read moreWe ordered for the 1st time on Christmas and my husband went to pick it up. I have understanding and empathy for it being very busy and the holiday, but it was still a terrible experience on top of that. We ordered online and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes but my husband ended up waiting 45 minutes in their lobby… which was on top of the original 15. About 10-15 minutes before he got the food, he was told they were out of lo mein for the night (which is fine. Just didn’t understand why it took so long to find out). Once home, the egg drop soup was really good, as well as the fried rice. But the chow mein was tasteless and my sweet and sour pork came with no sweet and sour. Just the fried pork didn’t have much flavor either. Like I said, I understand it was a holiday. But we ordered an egg drop soup, a #2 combo, an order of fried rice, and the ginger and cilantro chicken… and it was still $83 with all the mishaps (we were given $3 off the total because the rice was less than the lo mein). Super disappointed. We’ll have to try again on a non-holiday and see how it...
Read moreWe dined here on 5-19-2024.
This restaurant was suggested by a Facebook group I belong to (Redmond Foodies) and I was not disappointed ❤️❤️❤️
The proportions were large, we had a lot to take home.
We ordered the Shrimp Lo Mein, deep-fried prawns, Shrimp fried rice, and of course a shot of tequila.
The waitress was fantastic! I shared that my husband likes his food spicey so she brought extra sauce ( not sure of the name of it) to the table so he could have more and make his lo mean as spicey as he wanted it. The sauce was a hit.
The prawns were perfect not too much breading and crunchy outside and a nice tender inside.
The Shrimp fried rice was FANTASTIC they do use a nice size Shrimp in the rice and they very generous with the amount of shrimp in the rice. This was great. I usually have to dig through the rice to find the Shrimp but NOT HERE !!!!
The restaurant is very clean with a relaxed comfortable feeling.
As we were parking I noticed they have a drive-through and was excited to see that delivery is an option by a 3rd party service.
