I absolutely loved One Street Down Cafe. As soon as we opened the front door we were greeted by Jason. He had a smile on his face and a great attitude! We decided to sit at a quaint table by the window so we could peek out to Downtown Redmond while we ate our delicious breakfast. We ordered: The seasonal hash The special omelette The asparagus & goat cheese omelette We didn't wait long before our meals arrived at the table. Each dish looked beautiful & everything was cooked as requested. The veggies (in our potatoes/omelet)) were cooked to perfection with a light crisp to them, the potatoes were in bite size cubes, and the eggs were perfect. We also ordered the rosemary toast that had a hint of rosemary that paired well with their jam. Jason's service was great! He kept the atmosphere in the restaurant positive and checked on us very frequently to ensure we were taken care of and our coffee cups were kept full. We will definitely be returning for more breakfast, brunch & lunch! 😊

One Street Down Cafe is a cosy restaurant with delicious food, large portions, and affordable prices. While space isn't abundant, they offer both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat inside as the larger rectangle tables fit our party of 6 better than the round exterior bistro tables. First out the kitchen was a heavenly cinnamon roll. The soft, flavorful pastry was covered in a cream cheese frosting and is by far the best cinnamon roll I've ever had. Orders shared between two people were already split from the kitchen and beautiful plated, each half boasting enough food to make us think we doubled our order. The goat cheese omelette was exquisite, waitstaff friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. We got street parking and ate slightly before 10 on a Friday and were seated immediately, however your milage my vary, especially on weekends. Definitely worth a visit, and a great place to make new memories.

My new favorite place! Atmosphere, vibes, service, food, adorable little cottage, quaint, love it! At first glance this place was super cute. Tucked away in these gorgeous trees, outdoor seating was surrounded by beautiful landscaping. You can smell the good home cooking before you even open the doors, with a side of freshly brewed espresso, this place has it all. Seat yourself, which is nice.. You walk in and you just keep going and going.. There's beautiful artwork on the walls by local artists, fresh picked flowers at each table, sweet as can be. Sunday fun day, we were looking for good food and an afternoon buzz and boy did we find it! They have a fantastic menu to choose from, breakfast, lunch, beer, mamomsas ❤️ and the service, I can't even start to describe the amazing folks that work here, our server was so personable and so kind! You need to go here!!!

I'm giving this place 4 stars because it is a great breakfast place for Redmond. The breakfast food is decent, not superb; but that is judging it in comparison to places like Victoria Cafe in Bend which might not be fair. It has a great atmosphere and is bustling on weekends. Staff can be a bit scatter brained. I was there on a busy Sunday morning and we ordered coffee. The waiter forgot to bring the coffee altogether and then we had to remind once the meal arrived. We asked for cream and he forgot that. We had to ask another staff member for the cream. Folks at the table next to us didn't get their menus for about 15 minutes, and were just sitting there. The "seat yourself" policy might be the problem and these guys would probably benefit from a hostess/host who could keep things organized. So service was spotty. Might have been a busy day or a bad day. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of the establishment and what they are trying to do; they bring a classy option out to Redmond. They do need to fix some organizational issues that hinder functionality. Thanks for being out in Redmond One Street. We can only hope for more places like this...

New improved menu & new great cooks that know how to make a real French Omelette! They have fresh baked pasties & breads including 2 gluten free varieties most of the time. Shawna is my favorite server, very friendly, always remembers me & always asks about my kids.

The only downside to this homey inviting place is that the inside can get a bit cramped which can make for a loud dining experience. Additionally when it's busy, the servers can't get around each other well behind the counter so that slows service a bit when it gets busy (which it often does).

I will go back for sure, yet one needs to have time there for a leisurely dining experience. I think it would be a good idea for the owners to possibly remove a few tables and creates an inviting outdoor waiting area with heaters. Alternatively, it might be nice to offer year-round outdoor seating with propane heaters in the winter or a fire-pit and maybe blankets for guests to put on their laps? An enclosed patio might be a good option with propane heaters.

As I said, I will definitely go back but when I have time to savor...

This place is great when they hit the mark. Unfortunately, it is also hit or miss. Today for instance I got the B&G and the first time they came out they were not cooked biscuits. I said something and they "remade them" however, I dont think they remade them using a heat source. (They were cold) I chose not to have them "fix" the problem a second time since they couldn't fix it the first time. Also, my wife ordered avocado toast with sourdough, and it came with wheat toast. The problem with this isn't just an issue with the kitchen, its also a issue with the server bringing it to the table before making sure it was correct. With all that being written...i have had many good experiences at this place but I have also had a few bad ones. I work hard for my money and I don't think we will be returning in the future. If you are the owner, I recomend you pay closer attention to detail. If your business is the food business, you should try harder to get it right. The standard should...
