I ordered a candy Bouquet for my Grandson Birthday . I don't live near him and couldn't make it to see him on his Birthday so the candy gift made me feel better knowing he would be so surprised and excited to have a delivery to him at school . To my disappointment the candy Bouquet that was delivered looked nothing like the the one I picked out off the Lady Bug website . I was not notified about any changes to the order I placed so imagine how surprised and upset I was when my Grandson Calls to ask me why I sent him an Easter basket on his Birthday . not only was he confused he was upset because his class mates teased him about getting an Easter Basket for his Birthday. I called to Complain at 3:30 and was told the owner would call me back, I waited till 1:30 the next day before I called them for the 2nd time . I was told the Owner had created the Bouquet herself and was sorry she did not call and tell me she changed my order no reason why she decided to send an 8 year old a Easter Basket looking bouquet instead of a yellow ceramic smiley face container . was asked what she could do to make it up to me ... I cant think of anything to undo what damage has been done .. never again will I trust this company to relay feelings in the form of a Bouquet to one of...

I ordered flowers online from Lady Bug Flower & Gift Shop to have flowers sent to a friend in that area. I am not located in that area so I am unfamiliar with area florists. Prior to ordering from Lady Bug, I had tried to place 2 orders, one even verified delivery before they notified me that was in error and the order would be cancelled. Lady Bug staff let me know that what happens is a call center takes the order and then the order is passed on to the local florist for processing. This is why a local florist may decline to fulfill the order if they dont have the particular inventory to do so. If you go to Lady Bug's website to order, the order is placed directly with them and the cost of your flowers goes into the quality of the arrangement, rather than a random external company that never sees a single flower or plant in their course of business. Very disappointed!! My kids wanted just a simple carnation with baby breath. $1.50 for just a carnation with a water vial. $2.50 for a carnation and baby breath!! For real?? So we ordered three of them making it $7.50 total. Then I asked for a string of ribbon to tie them all together once we got home and the girl said let me ask if theres a charge, seriously?? For ribbon. She didnt charge me, but still! When she got it. She then threw it at me with am attitude and said theres the blue you wanted! I was shocked! Well once I got in my car to leave, one of the small sets came un tied and the carnation fell down folding in half (the stem was broke) yes I know it was a cheap flower but not everyone has a bunch of money and when you order something for the thought at least make it look good and not a dull!!
