Potbelly — Restaurant in Bellevue

For the second time in the last month, I ordered delivery to feed my staff, and the order got screwed up! The first time, the manager had to deliver my order himself because someone stole my food from the pick-up area, where they just set it out for delivery drivers without anyone checking who is taking the orders. Then today a driver delivered the wrong order (so someone else didn't get their food either!). When I tried calling the store (the only way you can contact them), I waited forever for someone to pick up. When I finally got someone and told her I got the wrong order, she asked me to come in to the store to get the right food. I told her I run a business and that's why I ordered delivery in the first place! (I mean, I placed the order at 9:15am for 11:45 delivery!). I told her if I drive over, they need to have my order ready to hand to me, since I can't leave work for too long. She told me they were busy. Then she put me on hold and never came back.

Don't order delivery through the Potbelly app. They farm it out to Doordash and then they don't take responsibility when...

I've been here twice now because the Redmond location is closed, ordered online both times and had a great experience. My order was on time and made correctly, and was delicious.

There's a mobile/online order pick up area for customers and grub hub etc. The first time I came I was thinking ... Someone could easily walk up and steal my order and the staff wouldn't even see or notice because of the orientation and size of the pick up shelves.

I came today to pick up my order and noticed a few highschool boys looking at the orders, they walked out with both orders that were sitting there and I had a feeling they stole them. My order was ready right after that so the lady handed it to me and as I was walking to my car I saw the highschoolers running, which made me think they DEFINITELY stole other people's orders. I wish I was able to call them out on it but at that point there's nothing I could do. I think it would be better to keep orders behind the counter, that cannot be the only time this has happened ... D a m n kids!!! I should have...

Regularly get food from the Potbelly Sandwich and honestly the food is fantastic! Delicious, satisfying and warm. However, the service is not the most pleasant. Of all the times I have ordered in person, there isn't a time that stands out where any of the servers were friendly. Tried to grab something quick a few weeks back at around 19:50pm. As we pulled up to the store, still in our car, the server stared at us with the most angry glare- it was almost as if he was trying to intimidate us so as to not come in. It was honestly very unsettling and made me so uncomfortable. We actually drove off and haven't ordered since. Checked the stores official closing time and it had said they they close at 20:00pm. If we had entered the store and they had informed us politely that we could no longer be served, I would have understood given the time. It just makes me wonder if it had been someone else that had just wanted to grab a shake even, that they would have have had to endure that kind of intimidation, uncomfortability and...
