Never again! Rude owners, they ruined my brand new jeans and flipped me attitude about it. I have eaten here about a half dozen times. Last Saturday we went out for breakfast. The table had just been wiped down with a bleach sanitizer so strong the smell made my eyes water. When I sat down I realized the seat was also soaking wet. I was wearing a brand new pair of dark jeans. While in the restroom I looked in the mirror and realized the fabric of my jeans had gotten bleached! I mentioned it to the owner, only because I thought I was helping by pointing out a serious problem. He immediately gave me attitude and said, "What, so you want me to buy you a new pair of pants?" I said, no, I was just trying to point out a problem so you could fix it. He said, bring the pants in and if there was any damage he would pay for them because he wanted to "make it right." I was impressed! I came back with the jeans, the tags, and the receipt ($69.95, purchased only 3 days earlier.) After a long wait, his wife came over, and he joined in shortly after. What a HUMILIATING and horrible experience! His wife started by telling me they were low quality jeans made of cheap fabric. Then she said that if it was bleach there would be white spots. I tried to point out the area of lightened fabric was an almost perfect square from where I sat. (Look at the pics and decide for yourself!) He said that he had said he would pay for them if they were "ruined", and he thought they clearly weren't, so he wasn't going to pay for them. He said, "No one will even notice." THEN he said, get this!, "Everyone wants something for nothing." Excuse me? They made such a scene that several employees walked over to see what the problem was. I could see that things were only going to get worse, so I apologized for wasting their time and politely left (with my ruined jeans!). Besides this horrible experience, some other observations: The first several times we ate outside because the dining room had a definite bad smell. (Musty? Stale?) Cleanliness is a serious issue. One of the times we ate there the table next to us had food stains and spills on the tablecloth from the night before (or longer!). The ceiling fans are disgusting and have gunk and dust built up that they are constantly blowing around. The bathrooms are dirty. Atmosphere is lacking. The big open dining room feels more like a cafeteria for all the privacy or ambiance it provides. No kid's breakfast menu. The first 2 times my daughter ordered a kid pancake she got a mickey mouse pancake with berry eyes, a chocolate chip smile, and whipped cream. The next time we ordered a kid pancake she got a plain round pancake. Huh? The happy hour menu gets high reviews but I wouldn't know, because if you come in with kids forget it - they won't honor the happy hour menu unless you sit in the bar. Service is friendly but sometimes very slow. One time I waited almost 15 minutes for a bloody mary, and by the time it finally came I was already done with my breakfast. To be fair, we have been mostly satisfied with the food. One time I ordered a burger that was way too rare for how I ordered it, and there was the disappointment with the kid's pancake that was just a plain pancake. Prices are a bit high. I was excited about the $5 mimosas with breakfast but they are so small it should really be a $2.50 mimosa. In conclusion, they have some really good cooks and servers, but I have serious reservations about cleanliness standards. My biggest problem is that the owners are total jerks. I do NOT want "something for nothing"...we are a working-class family with a single income. We have worked really hard for everything we have. For us, eating out is a treat, one which we can rarely afford. These owners are rude, humiliating, and have terrible customer service skills. I refuse to spend our hard earned money at a place owned by people like this. I will take my business to a friendly, local establishment where I feel good about spending our hard-earned money!

Amazing Halibut!! Service was good, food was great, some what of a wait to be seated ***Update returned for dinner. Not sure what happened to this place but the server and another employee were incredibly rude and unprofessional. We ended up walking out after several rude comments and eye rolling from the staff and after waiting for 40 minutes! It's a shame that they cannot find good servers with good attitudes. ***Update gave it another try as some friends wanted to go here for dinner, we also tried breakfast as they were advertising that as well. The Halibut this time was quite greasy. Enough that I had to continually day the grease off. It unfortunately upset my stomach a bit due to the excessive grease. Breakfast was pretty good, with a limited menu, Very large portions, fair prices and friendly staff, nice to sit in the bar they do have several games on.

I have to say, this restaurant was amazing. Not only was the food spectacular, the service was just as great. Me and my partner wanted to try a new spot and luckily found this restaurant because he wanted oysters. We were seated right away, outside, on a beautiful sunny day. We ordered the margarita pizza, bay shrimp cocktail, and steamers, and my partner had the lemon garlic pasta. The pizza was divine, the sauce for the cocktail was a bit too bitter and spicy for myself, the steamers were awesome, and I personally loved the pasta but my partner, not as much. We had bread and butter as well, which was great. Our server was phenomenal. She made sure we had everything we needed. She was very sweet and made conversations with us. It was overall a great experience. Will definitely be returning 😌

We like this place and often bring guests when we have them in town. But today, the waitress was clearly stretched too thin, which is fine, but you need to warn people, especially those of us with young children! Food took about a hour, and my sandwich was made wrong and so was my sons, 2/4 meals were not right after waiting for an hour for our food and having to get up (for the second time as the first time I had to go find a drink menu because the waitress forgot about us after taking our order, greeting us 15 minutes after we sat down) to ask about it after 45 minutes and my kid loosing his mind, ask the manager and he says he will look into it. When a customer comes to you and says their family is going to need to leave if the food isn’t ready in the next few minutes the correct answer is, ā€œoh my I am SO sorry! I will get that right out to you.ā€ Not ā€œI will look into it.ā€ When the food finally did arrive and 2/4 meals were not right, she apologized about my sons but not about mine…??? Food is too expensive and eating out is WAY to expensive to have this kind of experience. One question for the waitress, why are you not writing down your orders? You screwed up 2/4 meals on just our table, all waiting tables is a big to do list. There’s no excuse, makes it more upsetting that no one seemed to car. We really liked this place but we won’t be back again. Oh and neither of the orders that took an hour and were made incorrectly were comped. This could’ve been way longer, everything was wrong today. Really sad no one seemed to care because they could’ve saved themselves a...

We decided to look here for a crab or shrimp salad and as we drove to eGrill, I wondered why we don't eat here more often since the food is pretty good. I was reminded. As we walked in the door, a smell hit us...mold? No. Cat box? Not quite. Possibly the large potted plants need some attention, or something coming from the nearby restrooms. Very offputting, needless to say. There was no host/hostess so we looked for the little sign telling us to wait or seat ourselves. No sign. We waited. And waited. Finally we both decided to use the restroom and try again after. That seemed to work. We were shown to a table and a friendly waitress quickly took our orders. (Seafood salad, Check!) As we waited, we were "treated" to impromptu karoeke from somewhere in the back. This continued throughout our visit. Toward the end of our meal, it was evidently 'break time' as, not one, but two employees sat down to eat -and chat- in the dining room. The salad was good, very fresh and large. At $18 I felt it was a bit over priced, but not tremendously. However, overall, our experience left us feeling agitated rather than relaxed and comfortable. Maybe it's because of the higher price tags that we expect a certain ambiance and level of service, but these are the reasons we don't give...
