1. It said $16 online for the nachos. Got there and they charged me $18 and said "I don't know what it says online." 2. I asked for a fork and the cashier girl handed it to me with her hand on the part you're supposed to stick in your mouth when she has been handling people's money and cards all day during a pandemic. 3. There was guacamole oozing out the top. So I ripped the flaps off so it wouldn't get all over my clothes or car as I tried to eat. (See photo I took of one of the flaps I ripped off) 4. There was no real cheese! Lol I paid $18 and the cheese wasn't even nacho cheese... It was like this really weird consistency that I've never seen before. Maybe it was some weird sauce and they just didn't put any actual cheese on? (See photo) 5. After you get past some of the stuff on the top, it quickly becomes just a tons of chips. It looks like a lot at first until all you're left with is half a bag of chips at the "bottom" which is like 90% of it (see photo) 6. The chicken was really dry. It's nachos from a food truck, so I'm not expecting anything too superb but these nachos were $18 and most of them I do not plan on finishing and I hate wasting food. But man, what a waste..

We were “stranded” in Redmond during a severe weather event and Wild Ride Brewing was the most walkable place to eat. What an amazing place we discovered! Shred Town was our go- to cart, they have some amazingly tasty food…hello asada burrito, chips, pico, guac, and tortilla soup!!! 🤩 The food itself had me making a mental note to be sure everyone in the area and beyond knows about this place, however what made me sit down and take the time to write this review was not all of the amazing food we had from this cart over the last week- it was the quality of people that served us! If you are in the Redmond area…come grab a cold beverage at Wild Ride Brewing and then fill your belly with some awesomely delicious food being served by some awesome individuals at the Shred Town food cart!!!

I so wanted this to be good as the pictures looked delicious. I walked up and asked a couple of questions, decided on the veggie yakisoba. To my dismay, the young woman taking my order asked the man cooking if they had one ready to go. I did not come here to order food that was already prepared. The flavors were good but everything was cold, cold, cold! Honestly, I would have rather not ordered and I'm not going to be back. When I go somewhere to drop 15 bucks on an item (with tip) I don't expect to pick up something that's already been sitting around indefinitely. Good flavors. Cold noodles. Horrible texture. Will not return.
