Celebrating our 17th anniversary at The Brickhouse felt like a delightful trip back to a classic East Coast steakhouse, with all the comforting familiarity and solid fare that comes with it. While there’s nothing groundbreaking or avant-garde about this place, it excels in delivering a reliably good dining experience. The atmosphere is cozy and straightforward, evoking the feel of a traditional steakhouse with its wood and brick interior, wine cellar, and inviting bar. We opted for the scallops plate and the ribeye steak, and both were executed with skill. The seafood was fresh and generously portioned, while the ribeye steak was cooked to the perfect medium-rare, exactly as expected. Service was attentive without being intrusive, striking the right balance for a special evening. The Brickhouse doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but it does what it does well. It’s the kind of place where you know you’ll get a hearty meal and a pleasant experience, making it a solid choice for marking occasions like ours. If you’re in the mood for classic steakhouse fare with dependable quality, The Brickhouse fits the bill perfectly.

Somethings needing looked at, entry to the restaurant is tight, needs a bit more, first impressions are everything, lighting of the room is relaxing and bulb lite, seating is good for a great view and comfortable, server arrived quickly and took time to hold a conversation worth having, menus were a bit much, electronic and hardback, but offered great selection for starters and cocktails, food selection was right down the middle no surprises no confused offering, this is where the Breakhouse separated itself, prime cut meats, selection on the cut you choose, chicken and fish was of amazing quality, the food was explained and discussed with the waiter, we were provided a wonderful understanding of what we were getting, once food arrived i was happy with all preparation and quality, after the meal was complete the service good service continued, food was packed and sweets offered, very happy with Jason our service was great, i will discuss this place with friends, family for a good time ahead. Must have experience.

We went here for the first time since we moved to Redmond to celebrate or 31st wedding anniversary. We were not overly impressed with the food that we got for the price. I ordered the Ribeye medium well and when I got it it was rare and bloody. My wife ordered the grilled Salmon and it was charred a lot on the bottom, and took away from the flavor because it had the burnt taste. The atmosphere was quaint and relaxed. It was a nice but, for the price I would have expected better! Having to send my steak back should not have happened and totally disrupted the meal. The steak was no where near Medium Well at all so, they don't cook the steaks to any real standard levels. We will have to really think if the Brickhouse is worth the money! After this first experience I am not going to write them off but, if the next time is the same or close then it will be decided.

I don’t think I have ever left a poor review anywhere and have ate here many times and had great service and experiences for the most part, but after last night I am not sure my family and I will be back for a very long time. My mom and I made reservations for dinner. We arrived on time and were sat down immediately. We both ordered our meals and once we were about finished we were approached by a gentleman who I believe was the owner. He came and asked us how our meal was and asked if he could take our plates. The interaction was a bit odd, but we were about finished anyways so we said sure and thought he was being polite and maybe just helping out our server. Not realizing at first that we were basically being pushed out. We had just ordered drinks so figured they could take our plates and we would finish our drinks and maybe look at a dessert menu. He then started reaching over the table over our drinks and started adjusting the salt and pepper shakers and kind of wiping the table down to then we felt like we were being pushed out. When we walked out we realized there was a party of 4 who was waiting on the table... We had not even been at dinner for an hour... When I was eating there the week prior with a friend she and I were sat at a 2 person table in the corner. That table was open the whole night so not sure why we weren’t seated there to begin with. Even if they would have asked to move us we would have not had a problem with that whatsoever and even would have helped move our stuff! There had also been several couples in other booths who had been at their tables longer than us as they were already eating when we walked in… My family throughout the years has spent thousands of dollars eating at Brickhouse celebrating birthdays, business dinners, milestones, etc and I don’t think any of us will be back for quite awhile after my mom and I...

At the start the restaurant was a buzz. The young woman greeting was friendly and professional. Quickly sat and drink orders taken. At first glance it appears very over price. And based on the old cannery smell one may wonder just how fresh the sea food truly is...but they will require our food order to be taken. So far hasn't happened in the twenty minutes we sat here. I guess that allows us more time to 2nd guess being here. Well as we progress in this narrative we have finally ordered. Now the wait, oh! The bread they bring to the table aas literally tossed as she walked by. Served with hard, cold cube of butter for cold bread. Spreadable, nope. Disappointing moment, so what will be the rest of meal standards? So now 30 minutes since our order and still nothing. Wow, great so far Its impressively failing at this point. So food now is here, and the steak is cooked correctly, the lobster was over cooked and rubber. So not a high score as a complete dish. Not worth $80 a plate. So ordered two filet mignon and one over seasoned and the other barely touched with seasoning. Inconsistency again prevails. Sad that the best part of the meal was the fries. Final verdict, no thank you. Not even close to worth being that price, not consistent or even wowing...
