This was my first time here so I had lots of questions. The gentleman was very informative & excited to talk about his menu. The bacon gorgonzola fries were so addictive. There were 3 sizes, so I ordered the middle one. The bacon was thin & crispy with a nice smokiness, the gorgonzola was fresh & creamy and the fries were hot & crispy. Great portions. I chose the traditional Bangers & Mash and was very pleased to find he didn't add black pepper to flavor his menu, so the natural flavors could shine. I could taste the earthiness of the russet potato that the sweetness of the caramelized onions added to the brown gravy. The seasoning was perfect, didn't need any additional salt. The banger was sourced out from an Oregon company founded in the late 1800’s, produced within driving distance. I could taste the history with each bite. The seasoning within the sausage blended well together, I could see why this is their best seller. I'm excited to go back when it warms up to experience the outdoor seating area.

Love the casual, fun atmosphere at Bangers & Brews in Redmond! You order at the counter, grab a seat (inside or out), and bus your own table. I had the chicken chipotle mango sausage with caramelized onions and raw jalapeños (gluten-free, no bun) and a side of shoestring fries. The sausage was good, but without the bun, the toppings didn’t quite come together for me. Fries were tasty—I wish I’d tried the sweet potato ones too! The Indian ketchup was interesting, but maybe not the best match for my meal. Friendly staff and I’d definitely come back to try another sausage.

Bangers & Brews - Redmond, OR offers a fun variety of specialty brats. From boar to elk and even kangaroo, there are plenty of options that you don't normally see. I have tried the elk pork brat and wild boar with hatch chili. Some sides that I recommend are the chimichurri with bread, pretzel with cheese, and the fries are good as well. This is a great place to bring friends and family as there are plenty of games to play. They also do a trivia night on certain days of the week. This is definitely a place worth visiting if you find yourself nearby.

I have now eaten at Bangers & Brews in Redmond two times; one being the soft-open date. The brats were VERY flavorful and the beer choice is good!! The customer service is terrific and the owner, Matt, is very friendly and genuine. Due to still working out the "new" kinks, my orders on both visits were delayed quite a bit. That said, I have no doubt this was only due to being a brand new business. It is totally understandable as the staff all learn their new roles and get a 'working system' figured out. The atmosphere; both indoors and outdoors, is awesome. There are multiple shade sails making the outdoor space such a great place to hang out even on the warm sunny days. So thrilled to have a great new restaurant in Redmond.

This place has everything going for it. The food - I had the bangers and mash, brat, and mac'n cheese. After my first meal, I had to get some more! Gluten free options available!

The owners are amazing and do everything to ensure their customers are happy!!

There is indoor and outdoor seating with propane firepits and heaters. Perfect for staying warm in the cooler months. Perfect ambiance for a having a few drinks and relaxing after a day at the mountains or after work!

Plenty of seating inside as well along with many TV screens.

I can't wait to come back again and try more of their tasty food!
