Highland Grub and Go — Restaurant in Redmond

The customer service of the ladies working the drive thru was horrible, I'm q manager at a diffrent fast food chain and the way they treated me would have gotten me a write up. They didn't ask for clarification when they needed to at the menu box and told me they had product that they no longer have, they didn't charge me for a drink I ordered and then made me pay for a large and only have me a small. She then held my food while stating that I was wrong about my drink size and that I'm dumb, at that point I had finally had it and yelled that they all have horrible customer service.

Very interesting that one of the only positive Google reviews is from the manager of the restaurant herself. Food really not worth what they're charging for it. The onions on the burgers are sliced as wide as you would for onion rings. I say slice them normal sandwich size or dice them please. So much more bread on the burgers than there is meat. Also the sign on the drive-thru window that says they charge more for extra fry sauce probably shouldn't have an exclamation point because it appears you're shouting at the customer or highly trying to discourage them trying to get...

I've been here 2 times now, gotten 2 different burgers and both times the burgers were disgusting. It's about a 7 minute drive home for me and when I got home the meat was cold but what's worse is the cheese wasn't the slightest bit melted which tells me it was cold when it was made. Not to mention super dry. Tater tots were pretty good and those were actually hot. So unfortunate because i wanted to find a new place to get a good burger but this isn't it. If you just want fries or tots they aren't too bad. My suggestion is to stay away...
