Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Redondo Beach

Come here often as we live walking distance. This visit was horrible and it wasn't busy. 2 folks already eating inside. My food didn't even hit the grill until my girlfriend's was already eaten. The staff looked through me and ignored me when I tried to ask to now get it to go. Nothing....I had to get the attention of the grill guy as they other 3 were completely ignoring me. Especially the two ladies working the register, although the young men were not great either. I'll go to Big Mike's on 190th from now on. They are great...

I just started working in the neighborhood and came for lunch on a Thursday 1:30pm. The worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Ordered the Philly “giant” and it was skinnier than the Olson twins. Preparer did not ask me if I wanted anything else on my sandwich, I would have wanted Mayo and jalapeños but never offered. No upsell, no offer to enroll in rewards, didn’t even ask if I wanted a drink, or how I wanted my sandwich cut. Will not be back for a $20 waste of my lunch break, too many better options...

This is my second time this month using Jersey Mike's Subs to cater a large event. I highly recommend them! The manager Saul assisted me both times and is friendly, professional and efficient. Not only was the delivery on time but they were actually EARLY so the food could be set up on time. (Punctuality is hard to come by in this city.) And because Jersey Mike's is a Blue Zones Project approved restaurant, there are many healthy options to chose from. Way to go Jersey Mike's! I'll definitely be...
