Pho PCH — Restaurant in Redondo Beach

The server was SO weird with me lol. I've been coming here for bun rieu for about a year because I don't eat pork and they claim to only use ground shrimp. I have tipped him more than 20 percent previously and I regret coming back today he was extremely sketchy with me today. He casually brought my food out without my herbs and sprouts first as usual and then he left two straws right behind my head in plane sight I had to ask him to take them with him and then he didn't even thank me when I signed receipt to leave. I literally regret giving any tip at all tbh and he was giving me the strangest suspicious look for no reason at all. I only came here to have a nice meal after a long work shift, not to have some shady experience where they don't appreciate me as a customer. Never coming back and letting all my people know as well. Oh and I ordered extra side shrimp, he said it was 5$ and tried to charge me 5.50 on reciept I had to point it out for him to change it. I wish I didn't tip AT ALl because WHY? Made me feel...

Updated 10/22/2024 This place is going down. I used to like this place a lot. NOT anymore. We ordered the shrimp spring rolls there are ONE SHRIMP( cut in half) for the one roll Lol You only taste the bean sprouts and lettuce. Also, there was cilantro which was NOT fresh it was mush and smelled. If you see the picture! The old lady who helped checking out SO RUDE even though my boyfriend gave her tip for to go order. I definitely not coming back!!

Recently update( 7/17/2024) We recently noticed that something has changed. The pho and Bahn Mi taste different from a few years ago. The flavor of the marinated pork in the Bahn mi has slightly changed. However, we will continue to order from here until we find somewhere else.

This place is sooo good! I ordered a Bon Mi sandwich and combo fried rice. They were both delish. They use fresh ingredients and it is made to order. The people there are also super nice. Also, they accidently made me a combo sandwich instead of pork as I ordered for pick-up, and they called me after I left and apologized and refunded my money, which they did not have to do because I did not mind the combo sandwich at all. They also gave me $2 in an envelope as a New Years good luck, customer appreciation day gift when I picked up my order. I was a little confused because it was in February but I did not complain.
