Riviera Village Pizza — Restaurant in Redondo Beach

Delivery through DoorDash was quick and food came hot. The family wanted pizza but I went for one of their popular dish items instead...Mushroom Ravioli. I was not disappointed! The marsala cream sauce was thinner than I wanted. However, it was delicious & its richness gave the impression of a thicker sauce. The mushrooms in & on the ravioli were sautéed to perfection and the caramelized onions & asparagus took this dish to the next level. I would definitely order this again! The only downside to the dish was the garlic cheese bread. It was a hunk of baguette with a lackluster melted slice of cheese; no hint of garlic anywhere. The mushroom ravioli speaks for itself; the garlic cheese bread is not needed.

The pizza from here is amazing! The crust is by default thin; which my family loves. One thing we've noticed when ordering thin crust pizzas from anywhere is that if the pizza is topping heavy, the thin crust tends to be soggy. Not here at Village Pizza! Even after the first bite, each bite is crisp & snaps. My hubby ordered the Village Special Pizza & the kids ordered the New York All Meat Pizza. Both pizzas had fresh toppings & the topping combinations were delicious.

It is tucked into the many restaurants along Catalina Street in Redondo Beach. It looks like your regular old pizza place, but theres something looming in the kitchen. Watch out! It's a flavor-bomb! We had the margarita pizza and it was outstanding! The crust was perfectly cooked, not too thick or thin, it was really perfect, the sauce and mozzarella was super tasty too. Topped with fresh basil it was the cherry on the proverbial Sunday! Also, there were a lot of people coming in to pickup orders that were placed either online or on the phone (not sure if they take orders online or not) point being, there was quite a volume of orders being picked up. This pizza is delicious. One of my favorite pizza places at Riviera Village. I love that they serve pizza by the slice as well. Most places don't so you're bound to buying an entire pie. Here I can stop in and enjoy with just one slice. 1 slice is really 2 slices. It's a pretty large slice they cut in half making it two slices.
